Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. Flocon du Semnoz - Studio

Studio in the heart of the massif of bauges. In an old Savoyard house, the studio was created on the ground floor (flexix) of our home. The place is completely independent and has everything you need to welcome you. A kitchen area with its snack, a bathroom partly open to the sleeping area, summer the possibility of lunch outside. We leave at your disposal bed and towels, as well as all kitchen essentials.

Charming sunny Apt Massif des Bauges

The accommodation was refurbished in 2021/2022, I live there episodically because I am a first aid tracker and makes it available when I am not there. I am 23 years old, this is my first acquisition and I have taken great care to renovate it, I hope you enjoy it to the fullest. New, an internet and TV box has just been installed (19/09/22) in the accommodation.
