Sérénité et raffinement au-dessus du lac

Joli studio neuf, dans un environnement calme. Très proche du lac. Piste cyclable à proximité. Ruisseau et cascade sur la propreté. Les voyageurs disposent de tout l'appartement entier, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse vue lac. Ils auront également la possibilité de ranger (vélos et/ou skis, etc...) dans notre atelier prévu à cet effet. Situé à 200 mètres du célèbre lac d'Annecy, l'appartement offre un point de vue idéal pour le contempler à différents moments de la journée ou au fil des saisons. La ville d'Annecy et ses commodités ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture.

Détendez-vous dans ce meublé 3* calme et élégant situé à Menthon Saint Bernard. Il est lumineux et est situé au dernier étage de notre maison avec une entrée indépendante. L'appartement vous enchantera pour son intimité et son confort. Sans vis-à-vis, la maison est au bout d'une impasse . Le logement n'est pas adapté aux enfants. Été comme hiver, vous pourrez pratiquer de nombreuses activités de pleine nature. Les activités culturelles ne manquent pas. Non accessible personne à mobilité réduite.

A lovely home in a lovely place. Gaëlle was kind and helpful from the moment I booked. It’s a small place, but more than you would need as it has a very efficient use of space. Plus, there is so much access to activities in the area, there isn’t a need to stay in long. I was able to work remotely- with excellent internet- and do regular hikes when not working. Several hikes are accessible within a short walk of the door. Cant express enough how much I enjoyed this space.

Quel écrin magnifique pour des amoureux de la nature comme nous. Il y avait tout pour se sentir bien. Le logement impeccable, mais aussi cette vue imprenable sur le lac et la montagne. Vélo, rando, bons petits restaus aussi, des commerces accessibles à pieds, une hôte réactive à nos questions. Nous recommandons ce lieu magique!

Wij (4 vrienden) hebben enorm genoten in het prachtige verblijf van Lauriane en Johann. Je kan goed zien dat er veel aandacht en liefde is gestoken in het prachtige huis was ze hebben verbouwd. Het was heerlijk dat er een riviertje stroomde langs het huis en dat je zoveel vogeltjes kon horen buiten. De omgeving was prachtig! We vonden het ook heel lief dat de hosts ons een doosje met eitjes kwam brengen van hun kippen. Ik raad het aan iedereen aan om hier naartoe te komen, zelf zou ik graag ook weer terug willen komen <3

nous avons passé une belle semaine lieu idéal pour conjuguer calme et proximité du lac avec toutes les activités nautiques (accessible en vélo pas besoin de la voiture) et départ de randonnées multiples aux alentours la partie sud du lac est splendide avec des vues top ! merci aux propriétaires pour les conseils de randonnées magnifiques et leur gentillesse l'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé et au calme !
