Serenity and refinement above the lake

Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

A lovely home in a lovely place. Gaëlle was kind and helpful from the moment I booked. It’s a small place, but more than you would need as it has a very efficient use of space. Plus, there is so much access to activities in the area, there isn’t a need to stay in long. I was able to work remotely- with excellent internet- and do regular hikes when not working. Several hikes are accessible within a short walk of the door. Cant express enough how much I enjoyed this space.

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The accommodation is impeccable, but also the stunning lake and mountain views. Cycling, hiking, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

We (4 friends) enjoyed the beautiful accommodation of Lauriane and Johann. You can clearly see that a lot of attention and love has been put into the beautiful house they have renovated. It was wonderful that a river flowed past the house and that you could hear so many birds outside. The area was beautiful! We also thought it was very sweet that the hosts came to bring us a box of eggs from their chickens. I recommend everyone to come here, I would like to come back myself <3

we had a lovely week, ideal place to combine calm and proximity to the lake with all the water activities (accessible by bike, no need for the car) and departure of multiple hikes in the surroundings the southern part of the lake is beautiful with great views! thank you to the owners for the wonderful hiking tips and their kindness the apartment is very nice and well-equipped and quiet!
