The cottage by the lake is a charming self contained chalet that boasts both modern clean lines and that warm traditional Portuguese feel. This sweet little chalet is ideal for couples or has a sofa bed to sleep up to 3 people. A spacious clean and modern bathroom is adjacent to the sleeping area which has a great double bed, space to hang clothes and a lovely view of the front garden. There is a modern yet rustic kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge, double hob and basic amenities. There is a dining space for meals and a huge flat screen!! At the front of the chalet is a seating space for two and around to the side a large eating area with a beautiful wall mural, barbecue and large table and benches beneath the grapes vines. 🍇 A quaint and luxurious place to relax in peace and take in the view and only minutes from the town of Pedrogao Grande which has plenty of bars, restaurants a supermarket and many other amenities. Just a 2 hour journey to both Lisbon and porto airports and just 40 minutes to the beautiful city of coimbra. A daily breakfast is also included

Er is een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een eigen badkamer en een huiskamer met o.a. een bedbank en een eettafel, wifi, televisie, airco, koelkast, magnetron serviesgoed en koffie/ en theefaciliteiten. Op de gedeelde veranda staat een eigen zitje en heb je uitzicht over de tuin, het zwembad en de mooie Igreja Matriz. In de tuin is o.a. een zwembad en een picknickplaats met barbecue.

This old stable for donros is typical of traditional Portuguese farms. It was restored in a comfortable four-person house with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa do Burro is located in the courtyard of our Quinta and offers a view of the valley and the olive garden. The farm has an amazing view of nature, outdoor areas for relaxing, pool , pingpong table and playground for children in our olive grove, with trampoline, house on the tree , slip, slack line..

The Patio Houses are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, on an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old Coimbra wall, just a few meters from one of the doors of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Coast breaker and the monumental Sé Velha. The Houses result from the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Correio-mor, the first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.

The property is located just minutes walk to Ereira's river beach. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large room where two beds are located. Casa das Oliveiras is located near several cafes and shops in a small village, and is 15 minutes away from a natural beach. 24 minutes to Figueira da foz, 45 minutes to Leiria and Coimbra. Access to highways A1 and A8/A17 are close to the house, therefore the house is located 1h30 min away from Porto and Lisbon by car. You have the entire house for yourself with private parking and a veranda with bbq.
