Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very good location, with several nice towns nearby for sightseeing.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

If you're looking for a quiet oasis in the countryside, this is the place to be! The view is magnificent, the sunset a dream. The treehouse is comfortably furnished, in the kitchen there are the most important utensils so you can cook well at home. In the vicinity there are countless small tranquil villages, which are among the most beautiful places in France. In the preseason, some activities, such as canoeing, are usually not yet open, which did not bother us as we mainly focused on hiking and resting. Anne is a wonderful hostess - she was quickly available for questions and stopped by if necessary. Gladly again :-)

We had a great weekend at Laure's, at the dovecote. The setting is conducive to disconnection. The famous village Collonges la rouge is within easy walking distance and beautiful walks are to be taken. The accommodation, atypical, was clean and provided all the necessary equipment. A welcome organic apple juice was waiting for us. A big thank you to Laure for her communication, kindness and flexibility on our departure time. A beautiful place to decompress!

We had a great time as a family in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps it cool) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a beautiful staircase… everything has remained authentic, with great taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out to make everyone feel at ease. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk, too convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

Delphine and Nathalie offered us a beautiful, clean and well appointed accommodation. The amenities are more than sufficient for a vacation stay with friends and family. Our two hosts are extremely kind and perfectly attentive to the slightest problem. We had a great time at their place, recommended without hesitation!

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable in a peaceful country side location. There are plenty of beatiful villages and natural spots nearby with less than 1 hour driving. Amelie is a great host who welcomed us warmly and recommended a few nice places to visit.

Dominique and Francois really did their utmost to make me feel comfortable. Always available...never intrusive and very helpful and friendly. Also a quiet sweet dog (Django) The garden is beautiful and the cottage comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good shower...great bed, full kitchen. Easy access to the river with the option to dock your own boat at one of the jetties. In short...I had a TOP holiday and have already booked again. Dominique and Francois....thank you!!!!

We were warmly welcomed in this cozy nest located five minutes drive from the center of Sarlat. Everything you need to cook is available, the bedding is comfortable and Sophie's little touches are really appreciated. The wood burning stove brings a touch of charm to this cocoon!

Mazet is very well-equipped and very clean, it is located in a quiet and beautiful place How beautiful nature is!! The owners are more than charming people We would highly recommend it .

An excellent stay. Our host Dominique was very welcoming and considerate. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped, the bedding comfortable, a private space in front of the cottage that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors with our little dogs in peace; finally, the cottage is well located, just a few minutes from Rocamadour and all amenities; very beautiful villages to visit nearby and all the people we met welcoming to tourists, cherry on the cake: Dominique had 2 electrical terminals installed outside the cottage, which allowed us to charge in peace without worrying about finding terminals nearby; I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Frankly, I have rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. Me and my friends from Beziers felt right at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace with pool views and a huge garden. In short, a golden listing to keep between us for more availability on the next reservations. And the hosts are extra people to really get to know and who give you good tips for visits and local producers It's the best Really a cottage to recommend for those who want to visit the northern region of the lot Rocamadour, Padirac and Co.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

Large property, quiet, clean, with a beautiful outdoor pool. The house is spacious enough for 8 people. Big plus: the house is very well-equipped (coffee, sugar, breakfast, tea towel, toilet paper...). For a short stay like ours it was a pleasant surprise to find all these amenities on site. Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1!
