Vacation rentals with a pool in Coco

The pool was the best part! We could have laid out all day long! Super fast hot water. Great view. Easy to communicate with!

This place was very nice. The location was very close to the beach - walkable - and to downtown Coco. The pool was also refreshing after a day at the beach! The property seems well managed and taken care of - making for a comfortable and stress free stay.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Great location in Playa del Coco! Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but not in the busy area so still relatively peaceful. 35 minutes to the airport or rental car return location. We will definitely stay again!

Incredible Villa in an amazing location! The peace and quiet you get in the hills is just perfect after you’ve had a busy day either in the city (short 15 min drive) or out doing excursions. The view and the pool are just heavenly, photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Pastora’s place was an absolute dream — hands down the most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The space is a perfect example of indoor-outdoor living, designed with so much intention, beauty, and connection to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and being surrounded by lush greenery was truly magical. Yes, there are a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected when you’re nestled in the heart of the jungle — and honestly, it just added to the experience. Nothing major, just part of being immersed in such a natural paradise. Pastora was an absolute angel. She offered to make us an authentic Costa Rican breakfast — complimentary! — which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Both she and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, safe, and supported. Their warmth and hospitality made this stay feel not only relaxing, but genuinely nourishing. I’m so grateful for my time here. It was beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable. 💗

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Fernanda and Ronald went overboard to make sure my staying was great!!! I love this place, it has exquisite decorations and perfect distribution. It is such a great place that is hard to find availability. If it is available, take it!!!!!

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

Beautiful place located near the attractions of the city while being in a quiet area. The outside is clean and well appointed to enjoy the outside temperature. Getting to the beach is fast and it's a 10-minute walk from downtown. Very nice communication with hosts if there is a problem. I would recommend it!

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.

We went to Costa Rica for a bit of relaxation, so we chose coco beach as a calm beach option (we had enjoyed Tamarindo's activity last trip, and wanted to try a different vibe). The place was fantastic. The pools were plentiful and well kept, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was great. If you are looking for a condo that really just feels like a resort, this place is fantastic. The property has a nice gym on site ($45/week) and a beautiful new grocery store at the entrance to the Pacifico. There are multipe restaurans walking. The beach club was great, and though there is a $35 charge daily per person, $25 is credited towards your food and drink. The air bnb was fantastically appointed, had cable tv, all the cooking tools you would need, and an infrared grill on the patio. The unit feels secluded as it sits behind some beautiful flowers, separating it from the pool deck, but is literally first floor and less than ten feet out the back to the pool. Perfect for relaxing

Had a great stay, really awesome 1 bedroom condo, on the ground floor, with a pool literally right in front of the patio. Everything was excellent and really clean, great location, close to the main area with bars and restaurants and close to the beach. We were able to check in a bit early, and that was very much appreciated, can't wait to come stay again.
