Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

I had a long stay at scarlet's place. it has everything you need. the supermarket ist about 10min walk. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. you are also close to green fields for a hike, if you are sportive. The listing is further a way from Forli city center. There is a bus line about 5-10 min walk away which brings you right to the city. it is pretty reliable and comes about every 15-20 min, so even if you are not there with your own car, it's absolutely fine. Scarlet does have 4 dogs. They are small and really well-behaved. There is the occasional barking at other dogs, as dogs do, but they are small cuties. So even if you are not a dog person, it'll be fine. All in all, I can definitely recommend this place. Scarlet is always responsive and quickly attends to your needs.

I had the pleasure to bring my friends from all over the world to spend a long weekend at the villa. It is the most beautiful villa I have ever seen. Perfect for a calm gathering with friends and family. We cooked a lot in the kitchen since it was so big and everything you need was there. The pool area and the garden is magical. Every bedroom is unique. Felt like being in a dream. Special thanks to Filippo for organizing alot of things before check in. I strongly recommend the Villa!

Claudio was incredibly kind and helpful, immediately available to put us at ease and to help us find things prepared especially for us despite the short notice. The house was very tidy and clean, with ample space available but very clear instructions (even a video) on where to find the things necessary for survival and comfort. (incredible the washing machine with detergent, a unique thing). Fantastic person offering great accommodation in a great location, with a lot of attention and care.
