Parking included along with a private entrance with secluded patio and bbq. For your private use. Living room includes pull out sofa and sofa. Portable blue tooth speakers, apple tv, Netflix, Prime, Disney + , Crave and high speed wifi. Dining room table , includes queen size bed, double and single bed.

"The Sojourn" apartment was created by John and Sue with your comfort and privacy in mind. A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

Your group will have the complete front side of the house (everything shown in the pictures), patio, private spa, fire pit etc. The back side of the house is a separate rental unit. The units are separated by a firewall down the middle of the house to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. Located just 2 minutes from Whispering Springs Glamping Resort and 10 minutes from Ste. Anne’s Spa.

Cook your own meals in the kitchenette or explore the many great restaurants just a short walk up town. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a quiet neighbourhood relaxing on the deck, checking out the beach or exploring the other great things in Cobourg and surrounding Northumberland County. We live in the attached house with our medium sized friendly dog - Bobby.

Our oasis winter getaway spot includes a six person hot tub, spacious kitchen and dining area, a cozy fireplace with enough space to sleep eight comfortably.
