It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.
