Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Experience beautiful Ettrick and the wider Central Otago area in this peaceful and private self-contained rustic cottage. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. The Catlins Sanctuary is a private and cosy 2 bedroom house. It is modest but comfortable. The property has magnificent lake & estuary views, where wildlife abounds. With 360' views of the lake, estuary & bush, this little piece of paradise is perfect for indoor/ outdoor living all year round. Located off the Southern scenic route 1.5 hours south of Dunedin, this is an excellent base from which to explore the natural wonderland of the Catlins.

Built in 1881, this beautiful and recently restored three bedroomed cottage is nestled quietly in an exquisite cottage garden which attracts many birds, including the Wood Pigeon, NZ’s Bird of the Year in 2018. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Lawrence. Lawrence is on the Clutha Gold Trail which offers bike riding and walking. We are NOT pet friendly.
