Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

Perfect location for folks with or without dogs. Lovely dog-friendly park just outside gate. Easy walk to beautiful dog beach with another dog friendly park along the way. Very generous easy parking. Lovely fenced area for dog. So many great socialising and dining opportunities super close. Great walking. Just loved it. Comfortable, clean and quiet inside. Had family visiting Australia for the first time and we used James and Pennys property as a base for exploring and also having chill days. We loved the property, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and the beds in the 3 bedrooms we used were very comfortable. Outdoor area provided us a great space to play games and relax in the sun and also under the shade. The road was very quiet and no real disturbances from neighbours. Would recommend this property to families and friends looking for somewhere to chill. James was also a great communicator throughout our stay, very responsive!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa in the Vines, and it exceeded every expectation. Nestled among beautiful vineyards and rolling hills, this villa is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and charming decor that perfectly complements the serene surroundings. Every detail has been considered, from the fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace to the expansive outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept soundly in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind or explore nearby wineries and local attractions. It felt like a secluded escape but was still just a short drive from everything we needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Calvin's communication was fabulous and the outdoor pool room made the perfect space to study.

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Such a lovely stay.The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was warm and welcoming, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back again.Highly recommend!

The carriage was such a great find on Airbnb! Absolutely loved our stay there. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and even some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). The bed was super comfortable. The bathtub was exactly what we needed in the cold winter. The owners have done a stunning job refurbishing the train carriage. The surroundings were so peaceful and idyllic. Our pup had a great time saying hello to the goats and chickens that they have roaming around. They also have a dog that was very calm around our anxious little pup. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we need a quick getaway that’s not too far of a drive.

Emma-Therese is a perfect host communicating the detail which made arriving and enjoying the studio easy. We love the North Freo precinct so the location was very convenient.

Clean comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.

I'm so happy to have found this beautiful haven. Close to good facilities within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, movies and easy access to freeways. The facilities are so roomy and delightfully decorated. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Morags place. It's located in a beautiful area within walking distance to the river and local shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and Morag is a lovely person.
