Vacation rentals with a patio in Cloverdale

Ellie's place was truely insta-worthy and beautifully decorated. It was a short drive from the beach and walkable breakfast places (even with a toddler)! Parking was convenient as well. We had no issues with heating or hot showers.

Maria’s place was as described and she was a very communicative host available to answer our enquiries, which allowed for a smooth stay.

Exactly as described, clean and good location! would recommend.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything you need to do in Fremantle. The apartment is clean, spacious and matches the description. Check in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions from the hosts. I would certainly book this accommodation again.

Jessica was a great host with clear photographic instructions on how to get the keys and get into the garage. She was also very proactive in responding to some of our queries and we all thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this location which was within walking distance to all the attractions in Freo. Will definitely recommend!

Had a great stay with my sons and the property provided the perfect facilities to be able to catch up and relax as well as being in an ideal walking location to great restaurants, water front and public transport. Justine & Lan's communication was spot on and I found they provided great instructions for an easy check in and check out. I would definatly stay again should I find myself back in Fremantle.

I have to say Chloe’s home was immaculate. She deserves an additional star for maintaining the cleanliness! I love it, and would definitely love to come back :)

thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

This is my all time favourite airbnb. This place be to me like key be to lock. Beautiful old home with high ceilings, the furniture is spread out and well positioned so there's are atmosphere of free movement and space. The kitchen is positioned so it gets a lot of sunlight, making it ideal for meal preparation during the day, it gets quite warm though. You can really feel a temperature drop as you walk to the front of the house away from the kitchen. You would have to use the aircon on the hotter days while cooking but it's still far superior to the average modern home. The bathroom is spacious, there's no shower curtain because it really isn't required. There's a large window you can open and have a shower while listening to the birds in the morning. There's really nice soap and hair wash provided so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. All the rooms are super spacious and the bed I slept in was really comfortable. There's loads of pillows everywhere 😴 You'll love it!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

My boyfriend and I live 3 hours south of Perth, and we needed a place to stay while we picked up a large package from a shipping warehouse, and ran other errands. We especially were in a bind because we couldn’t find a dog sitter last minute to watch our 2 lovely dogs, so we have to bring them with us. It can sometimes be difficult to find places that allows dogs, and this Airbnb was available and accommodating! Chenxu and others were quick to respond while booking and were friendly. It’s a straightforward small 2 bedroom apartment, but has a fenced outdoor space. The place was very clean, and had the basics. It’s more for a flyover or business traveler stay, as it’s functional, but not “homey”. It was a quiet neighbourhood, and inside we heard no outside noise. We arrived at 9pm and left at 10:30 am so it was only a quick overnight stay for us. Our dogs were happy, quiet, and well behaved as always. We left the place clean and off we all went!

Very clean and comfortable house. Sam, our host, was very polite, helpful, and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great location and great hosts!

We were visiting friends in Bassendean and also Guildford. It was a great location and the coffee shops, pub and other shops are nearby. It is well position close to the railway station. The house was well appointed and easy to find, get access and relax.

Place was well kept, great location and had all the required necessities. Felt like home. Highly recommended!

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sarah was very proactive and easy to communicate with and also answered questions promptly. Space was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Our stay was lovely, Sam and Kiwi (his friendly lovebird - which we only realised was there the 2nd day) received us very well. He was very helpful, gave us tips on what to do around and we talked a lot. The house was clean and the room is very comfortable. The one thing we struggled a little bit was parking. There are a few parking spots right in front of the building which are free from 6pm to 8am, and it was no problem finding a spot (tuesday and wednesday) for the night, but during the day it's AU$7/h to keep parked there. Also, it's worth mentioning the kitchen is a little small and there's no dining table. In this stay we didn't cook much, so it was not a problem at all. In general, I'd totally recommend the stay!

Jules was a proactive and responsive communicator and the place was exactly as described. Thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again.
