Pearse's apartment was a lovely place to stay for a few days. It was ideally located for us in the center of Derry. I loved the view of the Foyle and Peace Bridge. He was very helpful in providing extra bedding and answering our questions. We really appreciated the milk, tea bags and other food he'd left for us. We enjoyed our visit very much.

The apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It immediately felt homely and had all the amenities listed. The living area was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. It is close to the seafront with lovely views from the bedrooms. Fitter people than me would have no difficulty walking into town. There is a highly recommended restaurant very close to the apartment, but we chose to go to its sister in town. Heather is a fantastic host and kept in touch with us during our stay. I highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

Great deal! Clean. Nice heat. Warm shower. Quiet. Washer-dryer. Comfy bed. Breakfast fixings. Perfect for us. Aidan gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful beach in Malin—our next stop—and it was magnificent.

Absolutely loved the unit, PortStewart promenade a 5- minute walk & the proximity to the northern Atlantic was incredible. We would not hesitate to stay again should we return for another golf trip. ⛳️

Given our preference for the elevated perspective afforded by upper floors, we have chosen this residence. Particularly in this month, with its abundance of sunshine, one can relish the radiant sunlight and clear blue skies as they grace the front windows and the small balcony. It presents a most agreeable setting for friends to convene and engage in convivial conversation.

Fab wee apartment, spotlessly clean and Eileen was lovely and accommodating too. Highly recommend 😊

What a treat! Walked in to find a much bigger place than expected; pictures do not do this place justice. So spacious and lovely, gorgeous views, and so close to everything. A quick walk into town, beaches, and the golf course. Quiet and serene surroundings. This place is clean with everything you will need to stay in or walkable to town to let the generous town cater to your needs. Karen is a fantastic host, ensuring we had a lovely stay. She was quickly reassuring to calm our worries when we misplaced a key. Karen is quick to respond and checked in to ensure we had all our needs met. Thank you, Karen, for sharing your lovely place with us.

The flat was only about 30 seconds from the East Strand, but there was no noise in the night. So peaceful and convenient.

Mason was so great throughout: from the time of booking several months prior - to leading up to, during and after our stay. He made the whole process easy, and had really great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Provided a perfect base for the Northwest 200 race week. Lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Easy to walk to beach town and racetrack. Would definitely stay again

Not the first time we've stayed here and it won't be the last. This little apartment is so well situated, handy to local bars, restaurants, takeaways and Ebrington and the peace bridge. The interior is very tastefully decorated and has everything you will need. The bed is comfortable and the apartment cosy. Thank you and see you again soon.

Main living area was very spacious and airy. Lots of light and a great size for our young family. Lovely window seat to take in the view. Location was perfect next to the East Strand beach. Never had a problem getting on street parking. Very friendly hosts. Came up Good Friday so didn’t need to sit in any traffic - bonus! A great Easter trip!

I highly recommend it to people who are looking for peace and quiet:) The place was spotless . U can find everything that u need to enjoy the weekend with your friends . We enjoyed our time in a private jacuzzi and went for a walk to forest park . there is not much in the town but we were happy enough to chill in the house ... The owner was very friendly and kind . Pets are allowed too :) Thank you for the lovely time :)

Lovely stay in beautiful countryside. Very comfortable and felt like home. Location was perfect for Londonderry, Coleraine and Portrush. Hot tub was an added bonus.

We had a fantastic stay. My partner and I would regularly take short breaks at home through the likes of air bnb, but Ciaran’s place was exceptional. It was spotless, modern, and the views from the conservatory were amazing. The hot tub was like brand new, and the outside area was just as clean as the rest of the property. The walk in shower was amazing. Ciaran’s attention to detail with everything was absolutely superb and we will definitely be staying again in the future. This place is slightly more expensive than other places we have stayed, but it is worth every single penny. Thanks Ciaran!
