We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house has every extra touch you could ever ask for. The location and amenities were excellent. We will definitely stay again.

We were visiting the valley for a youth baseball tournament. Aiesha’s house was the perfect spot for us. It was very spacious and welcoming. It’s close to downtown, we enjoyed an evening walk down for dinner. While we weren’t “home” much during our stay, I would for sure recommend it to anyone and come back to stay again!

The place was perfect for a week long stay. The air conditioning they have works well as it was 90 outside and we were very comfortable even being used to the Michigan cold. Really had no complaints and I even give them props for having REAL toilet paper instead of the usual single ply, as a man I appreciated that more than anything, it’s the smalls things! The neighborhood is a tad weird looking (probably just out of state syndrome) but it’s definitely a safe neighborhood otherwise the neighbors wouldn’t have their fun stuff just sitting out ready to be stolen so easy, so definitely very calm and safe from what we saw while there.

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

Was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, comfotable, and nice yard for dog. Many great family nights/conversations were had at the full size kitchen table. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Jami’s place. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the home is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and exactly as described. You can tell the host has put a lot of care into maintaining the space—everything felt fresh and well-kept. It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back!

Leah's place is our favorite Airbnb to date. It was adorable, cozy and so comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Her place had everything we needed, then some. Comfy beds and bedding, comfy couch, thoughtful, lovely decor, it felt like home. We didn't have any pets or small kids but if we did the fenced yard is private and safe. It was close to a grocery store and mountain bike trails. It was nice to have a locked storage shed to put our bikes and gear in. Honestly, I can't say enough about this place.

It was a perfect spot for 2 families to share! Very family friendly and the most beautiful backyard.

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

Our stay was great! It's a clean place and had everything we needed. The backyard was awesome, although we didn't get to enjoy it because our schedule was packed. Andre is a great host!

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

Tammie’s place was even nicer than the pictures and so clean. The sectional area was very comfortable more than some other Airbnbs. The place was centrally located. It was just a few minutes to CMU and blocks from many restaurants. We would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay in the tiny house very much! Check-in was super flexible, the house was amazing and especially the location directly on Colorado River is a treat. The house has everything one could need, and the common areas are well equipped. The laundry machines were super useful for me. I can highly recommend staying here!

We felt so at home at the Red Tail Roost Tiny Home! Dorothy was so proactive and reached out to answer any questions and left us snacks upon our arrival! The place was exactly as described and in the heat of the summer stayed really nice and cool. It was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of Grand Junction but was close enough to quickly run to for groceries. The bed was so very comfortable!! Will definitely be back if we pass through GJ again!!

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivos in grand Junction, beautiful surroundings and the farm animals were a nice bonus. Enjoyed visiting with the owners as they were busy baling and stacking hay for their animals, very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice area.

Came to Palisade for yhe Bluegrass Festival. We were just about a mile from the park, easily walkable. The place was clean and quiet, just what we wanted. Jonilyn was a very helpful and responsive host, very appreciated! Would stay again!

“Adventure awaits” was an incredible value, especially for the quality. Every possible aspect of this property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, pots, pans and serving sets with quality appliances. The bathrooms were beautiful with towels galore. Bedrooms were spacious. The patio … peaceful. The hosts were kind and quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay, our dogs enjoyed the big back yard and we enjoyed the 360° Views from the backyard. Our stay was epic and we plan to come back another time
