HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 USD per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $45 USD (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning). FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
