Enjoy a tranquil stay in this newly refurbished, well equipped and high spec Annexe. The property enjoys excellent transport links (bus stop 1 min walk, train station 10 min walk, Bristol Airport 10 min drive) whilst backing onto beautiful countryside and a great view - you can hop straight into the fields! The Annexe is connected to the main house, so respectful guests are welcomed :) Backwell is a great village on the outskirts of Bristol, with pubs/restaurants all in easy walking distance.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

We stayed two nights & had a wonderful time. We went to explore Bristol which we loved & is very close. The converted barn is lovely & very well done - mega shower too! But it’s the animals that stole the show: chickens, sheep, dogs & cats - our two year old absolutely loved it! The oven is an air fryer which we’d never used before but it was dead easy to figure out. Lots of great touches: food to feed the animals, some nespresso pods & some essentials too. Rosie was fab - I messed up the booking & Rosie fixed it no problem! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful hosts, as we had far to travel and made getting in easier as diversions in motorway so was understandable of our very late check in. Very clean, loved the art work and little touches like the juice and tea tray.

Jon was the perfect host, always helpful and chatty. Great communication skills from start to finish. The location and surroundings was just wonderful, from the pristine gardens to the paddocks and woodlands this has to be the most idyllic surroundings you could ask for. The cottage is so cosy and amazingly equipped, from the immaculate bedding and towels to the pristine bathrooms. Jon’s place has everything you could ever need for a cosy, comfortable escape, wether it be for a walking holiday in the surrounding areas or just to get away and enjoy the wonderful surroundings Jon’s accommodation has to offer. Was only there for work but would definitely like to return to enjoy Jon’s cottage and friendly chat…. Wonderful place and hosts.

We absolutely fell in love with this little hideaway on hills road. So cozy, and pristine. The bed was 11/10 and the bathroom mirror was a girls dream. Perfectly located on a hip highstreet with cute cafes, and shops to high end restaurants. Atmosphere was very relaxed all round. 3 min walk to beach was a lovely surprise. If i could give one critique, we would have loved a small sofa in the living area, instead of 2 armchairs as theres no tv in the bedroom, and we like to cwtch up and watch a movie. But this had NO inpact on our enjoyment of our stay. We will definitely be returning, to explore Clevedon, what a beautiful area x
