Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

Of all the rentals we have stayed at (and there have been many), this takes the reward for cleanliness! We were in the area for a wedding, so we didn't have a lot of time in the rental. But we slept very well and it has all the amenities we would have needed to cook and enjoy a longer stay. Rebecca was responsive and eager to make sure we were comfortable, while providing privacy despite being in the unit above us. I highly recommend staying here!

Christopher has created a great space in which we were able to relax and enjoy a home away from home. Clean, bright and wonderfully decorated. We loved the artwork and the atmosphere. But best of all, Christopher was a great host who looked after all of our needs. Without a doubt, we’d stay at this nest again. Thank you Christopher for everything!

this place has no plumbing, electric, or kitchen. it's a perfect place to unplug and reconnect with nature. the hosts were friendly and helpful. we dod find over 10 ticks, so come prepared. their sauna and swimming area are absolutely stunning and impressive. can't wait till next time!

5 Stars – Peaceful, Perfect, and Exceptionally Hosted We booked Maria’s cabin last minute due to unexpected home construction, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us—including helping extend our stay without hesitation. The cabin is peaceful, clean, and perfectly located. We spent our days relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake, enjoying quiet mornings and stunning sunsets. Maria even let us use their pontoon, which made for incredible days of fishing and swimming. We caught big sunfish nearly every cast right from the dock and had an amazing fish fry! Maria’s flexibility, kindness, and thoughtful hospitality made a stressful time feel like a mini-vacation. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a break from the chaos of everyday life.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. I sat on the deck and dock for hours everyday and watched all the birds, turtles, frogs and other cute animals. We had a very relaxing time and I would definitely stay again 😊
