We had a great time at this beachhouse rental! Such a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance! Wifi was a bit spotty, but not a big deal since we spent most of our time at the beach anyways. They had chairs and umbrellas that were really accommodating since we spent a lot of time at the beach. I would definitely book here again if we come back to Clearwater!

Joe was a great host, super communicative and available. His place was sparkling clean and close to everything I needed to do while there. Loved having the washer and dry and appreciated all the goodies he left throughout the house. I would absolutely stay again if I return the area. Thank you for everything!

My family loved our stay at this little cottage! My young boys loved all the fun things in the kids room and the pool was great. They have everything you could possibly need for a beach day or just a fun day at the rental. I would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The owners came by multiple times during the week and asked us if we needed anything. They were nice to talk to and helped if we needed something. The pull-out couch is definitely bigger than expected and can fit three 18-year-olds, if that says anything. The residence is just a tiny walk to the entrance to the beach, down the street you are on. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. If you are a fan person, I'd recommend a box fan for the white noise and additional comfort, but that's just a personal preference. There is a fully accessible kitchen with provided appliances, and you are also provided with beach supplies. Will definitely come back sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with Juli and Brian. They were actively ready to help and assist us at any time, and were truly friendly. They provided many useful amenities, such as the bikes, which truly helped us get around and explore Clearwater. The unit had a very home-like feeling and was truly welcoming. As for the location, it was perfect for us as it was right next to everything. It was a 5-minute walk from the grocery store, as well as a 5-minute walk from a trolley that travels down to Clearwater Beach, as well as St.Pete Beach. Additionally, there were a lot of fun locations to bike to in the area. Absolutely would stay again!

This is the perfect location!! Larry and Bibisch did an amazing job with the property and we're so accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend and I definitely plan to stay at this location the next time we are in clearwater.

Second time I stayed at this property. Apartment is on second floor and has a layout that is comfortable and spacious for one or two people. Feichan is a great host and always helpful and kind. I have a chemical sensitivity to the laundry detergents used in a lot of AirBBs and the host made sure I had clean scent free towels waiting for me. I would stay here again or at another of her properties.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described (if not better). The place was spotless, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed — from fresh towels to kitchen essentials. This condo was a great stay for our group! The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved having so much space and enjoyed the balcony. Pinlan was very responsive to any questions or issues we had!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! Worth every penny paid. We had 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was so spacious, and was perfectly set up to have a family. Especially nice with all the kiddo amenities like pack and play, high chair, etc. The hosts always responded immediately, the place was spotless, great walkable location. We will be back to this condo no doubt!

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect! Beautiful condo, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. 5 minute walk to the stunning Clearwater Beach. Great hosts, going over and above with what they provided: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs/Parasol. Would love to return some day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.
