Family-friendly vacation rentals in Clearlake Oaks

We had a great family vacation here in Nice, CA for 6 nights in June. It was my birthday; I brought my wife, 1-year-old son, and my dog. My parents visited too. Everyone enjoyed the space. Great for kids and dogs. Enjoyed taking the canoe out on the lake when we had babysitter help. Also a good place to launch a SUP. The private dock was sweet! Tons of great birdwatching. Especially enjoyed the swallows, swifts, and osprey. 15 minutes away was Blue Lakes, an even better place to SUP and swim for the day (we got day passes from the Lodge). 5 stars! Thank you Susan and Jon!

WorldMark, is one of the best places to stay at clear lake, we had a nice view of the lake, the unit was very clean and smelling good, the fishing was amazing 👍🏾. Looking forward to next year.

Julia's place was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of. Even a margarita machine. Clear cut instructions with lights and everything was labeled. Julia even left some breakfast items to enjoy. Space was neat and quirky and I absolutely loved that. Would definitely come back again and enjoy the peace of the lake. We had a great time here! It’s our second time staying. Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Stephen was great and very responsive.

Place was great and staff was pleasant! Tawny was super responsive and understanding. The pool there is awesome! The only thing is that the lake is not very good for swimming and there is no close access to it. I should have read more about Clearlake.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had plenty of room for everyone. We had all the amenities of home plus a fantastic view and swimming pool for the hot afternoons. It was very relaxing. Overall the home was great. Becky was fantastic and had food waiting for us upon arrival. Not having to worry about cooking on check-in day was a blessing after our 11 hour drive. She is a wonderful host and genuinely wants you to have an enjoyable stay. I appreciate all her hard work preparing for our arrival. This was our first time staying at this house but we are frequent visitors to Clearlake so I would definitely stay here again.

When asking dale details about parking and boat launch he was quickly responsive and very helpful. He gave us instructions on how to park my boat and trailer and was so kind and polite. His home was quaint , quiet and just a peaceful place,ace to relax and unwind. He has a great docking for a boat and oh my the backyard view was the ultimate place to bbq and just take in all the wildlife. Very quiet just the way I wanted , my boat and truck safely parked. Just good things to say and Dale as host was honesty a reason to come back and visit!!!!!

We loved how easily accessible the lake is with your own dock and a launch not too far away. Our kids loved the Lilly pad, slide and kayaks provided! There were also a lot of life jackets available which was nice. The bottle of wine and complimentary tastings at a local winery was a nice touch! I loved the boho decor and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back another time :)

A Soulful Escape – A Farm Stay to Remember From the moment my husband and I arrived, this magical farm stay enveloped us in beauty and tranquility. The grounds were absolutely stunning—lush, serene, and infused with the calming scents of rosemary, lavender, and jasmine. Each morning, we woke to the peaceful sound of birdsong and the familiar, nostalgic smell of fruit orchards, instantly transporting us both back to cherished childhood memories. Our cottage was a perfect haven for two: completely private, thoughtfully appointed, and decorated with an eclectic, artsy flair that made it feel both unique and welcoming. By the end of our stay, we both felt completely recharged—calm, grounded, and connected.

Loved every minute of our stay. The neighbors were friendly and it was so peaceful. We loved having the private dock.

It is in a beautiful location, and the apartment was relaxing and well-appointed. There is a very peaceful garden/patio area that is available for all the guests. There is more than adequate free parking. There are several great places to eat. Studabakers, across the street, has the best coffee in town. For breakfast, I recommend the Everything Bagel with lox. My husband prefers the breakfast burrito. They also make takeaway sandwiches, which we took to the state park for a walk and picnic by Clear Lake.

The place is clean, comfortable and quiet. We really like the local guide Linda left. The morning hike to the Rabbit Hill Preserve is wonderful. The WIFI didn't work for us for the first night, Linda was actively working to help us finding a solution. Overal, great value.

Linda‘s place was perfect for a mini weekend retreat at Harbin. Her place is a short 8 to 10 minute drive to the Harbin Hot Springs gate. My friend and I stayed here for two nights on Labor Day weekend. Both of the beds were very comfortable my friend slept up in the loft, and I slept in the downstairs bed, it was no big deal to walk across the patio to reach the bathroom in the night. The automatic lights she has set up worked perfectly. The outdoor furniture was lovely and a great place to have your morning coffee or wine in the evening. Definitely would stay again.

This is a great place right on the lake with its private dock for fishing. There is also chairs and table on the deck under the shade that overlooks a lake. The house itself has plenty of space, well stocked and very clean. Comfortable bed for good nights sleep. The hosts are lovely and friendly people that are ready to help with anything you might need. The town is well located to take day trips around Mendocino area and explore wineries. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

I had an amazing weekend at Pine Grove in the Maple Cabin. Joe and Noah are incredible hosts that have taken great care to ensure a perfect peaceful retreat. Our cabin overlooking the creek was well set up with everything you could need. Great hospitality! Also, Roomie is the GREATEST dog ever!

Yan’s place has gorgeous sunrise views over the lake and our stay was a very peaceful weekend getaway. The house comfortably fit three adults and an infant and was well equipped with everything we needed.

My husband and I had a great stay! This condo was very spacious and had everything we needed and more! A very relaxing trip!

This place is magical. There’s a creek in the backyard and surrounded by trees. You feel so far away from everything, but there’s a grocery not too far. The coffee shop right down the street is also very good. 10/10 would come back

First timer at Worldmark & would definitely come again. Spacious, inviting, & clean just like at home. Came with a group of friends & family…Fred’s place was nice & quiet. Can’t wait to come again next summer.
