Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

We loved our upstate getaway to the Hudson area. The house is soooo cute, beds are comfortable, and stunning views of nature/wildlife (we saw deer every day). We were so pleased with how well equipped the kitchen was for cooking. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to bustling Warren Street. The hosts were incredibly helpful & responsive throughout the weekend. It snowed pretty hard and a team was there first thing in the morning to plow the driveway and throw down salt. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! ♥️

Rick's House (Hemlock House) was a wonderful getaway! We unfortunately didnt hit the best weather but the house was perfect for a cool and rainy long weekend both indoors and out. The open first floor with huge kitchen was great for hanging out and cooking with alot of cozy nooks to read and relax. There was a lot of various outdoor spaces and decks to lounge on as well and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler cloudy weather. The bedrooms were all comfy and each room having its own bathroom was another plus. We all loved the sounds of the creek and being able to walk around the trails in the back. The House is in a fantastic location - only 10 minutes from Rhinebeck which has everything you need and is great for walking around, shopping and dining. Rick was informative and provided a great guidebook with clear instructions and local resources and recommendations. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at David's place. He is responsive and kind, a truly wonderful host. The space is gorgeous and peaceful! The perfect weekend getaway :)

This property is beautiful! The house and amenities are actually just as nice in real and every detail was so thought out. Arp really has good taste and communicated well throughout our stay.

Loverly house in a good location. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but Amber quickly sorted them out. The outside areas were as good as the inside and we would not hesitate to recommend Ambers house and would certainly stay there again.

It’s was a wonderful stay at Leslie and John’s place. We had a great time and the house was lovely. They (and Stacy) were very responsive. Would certainly recommend to others!

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had basic needs covered, no more no less. It's a very quick drive to town. I really appreciated that it was so dog friendly - she provided dog blankets and the yard was completely fenced it.

We were so happy to stay at Jill's Little Blue Cabin for a second time! It is a gem of an accommodation, nestled in a woodland setting, super-comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. There is so much to do in the immediate area and in the nearby town of Hudson, and Jill's very helpful guide gave us ideas we never would have thought of on our own. Looking forward to our next stay there already!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a little girls getaway. Eric and Kelly were very responsive and accommodated my request to check in an hour early. The house was clean and bright and the deck and hot tub were a great hang out space. It was very private and comfortable and just overall a relaxing vibe. Thanks a lot for a great weekend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, wishing we booked for longer. From the second we walked through the door we were super relaxed. The whole house is decorated for a very cozy feel and the house was super clean. We did not leave once we got there until check-out and never felt bored or like we needed to get out of the house. This house has everything you need to cook, relax there is also plenty of things to do. We loved the air hockey table and I spent most of my time in the hot tub which is right next to the river. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed!

The house is absolutely perfect for a quiet, rural getaway that's in close proximity to Hudson and Great Barrington! The property is green and lush and there are numerous picture windows to enjoy the surroundings and stunning views. The wood floors and ceilings make the home feel incredibly cozy and there are numerous seating areas and a large kitchen. We had a fantastic time staying and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Cant speak highly enough about Matthew and his home. We came to explore Hudson and the home absolutely stole the show. It was completely serene, beautifully designed and just so cozy and perfect for a weekend for my girlfriend and our sisters to decompress and enjoy each others company in nature. The outdoor space was so peaceful, the living room was a perfect space for us to spend time together, and the kitchen was excellent for the one night that we cooked a meal. Hudson itself was a little sleepier than we expected but still very charming and quaint, and the host gave excellent recommendations if you didn’t come with places in mind. We were about 45 mins from Kaaterskill falls which is a gorgeous area for hiking in the Catskills if you enjoy that. Overall just absolutely exceptional, one of the most beautiful and charming homes I’ve stayed in. We all keep saying how much we miss it.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family trip. Spacious house with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, a well equipped kitchen, luxurious and extremely comfortable furnishings and a location that makes visits to surrounding charming towns so easy.

My boyfriend and our friends escaped the city and took a 2 hr train ride to Hudson. The house was only about a 15min Uber from the the train. We literally had everything we needed and some. We adored the house, felt right at home. We grilled a bit, thankfully the weather was perfect for a nice fire pit chat. The house itself was cozy and inviting, giving us the best sleep. The house nestled away in nature yet just a short drive from a charming town filled with restaurants and shops. Count us in to book again!

This house was absolutely spectacular. The gorgeous, architectural design highlighted its natural surroundings while providing all the thoughtful comforts of a home away from home. Each window is carefully placed to frame the greenery and let in the perfect amount of light throughout the day. From the steam shower to the towels to the linens, the amenities provided were comparable to those offered at a luxury hotel. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Great historic old house beautifully modernized inside, lots of space, comfortable and clean, beautifully and artistically decorated.

H‘s place was quiet, clean, comfortable and ideal for our girls weekend away! We were able to go for quiet walks in the woods and into the sweet little town of Philmont for a quick bite to eat. H was responsive to any of our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We were really impressed with Charlene’s place and how beautifully it was decorated. The bathroom with the soaking tub was also a big hit! Charlene was very flexible about check in and responsive with questions and reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Very relaxing clean and comfortable accommodations.
