Main Street Cottage

We are located on U.S. Route 9. It is a well traveled, main road but close to everything! It is peaceful but not quiet. For nature lovers, explore the area with hikes on local trails or on a kayak down the river. We are 5miles from the Hudson River Skywalk, Olana and Thomas Cole. We are 3.9miles to Warren Street where you can enjoy a full day of shopping, spa and food. The Catskills has much to offer. The cottage is in the perfect area to enjoy it all year round!

We are just a 10 minute drive from Hudson's bustling Warren Street in the historic hamlet of Claverack. We live on the property, but our guesthouse is separate and private. It's all surrounded by our 2 1/2 acre garden, which is our passion as well as our profession. We've recently adapted a 2 year old standard poodle named Nora. She is a very shy little girl, and will win your heart. We are sorry, but we do not accept pets or children under 12.

Loved this comfortable, spacious home! The hosts were communicative and gracious, and everything was super easy and relaxing. Cooked and stored full meals, relaxed on the deck, worked out on the treadmill, and relaxed on a beautiful, lounging couch with a projected movie! So thankful I found this spot and can’t wait to stay again!

Great for a weekend away with my friends and I!!! Looks exactly like the pictures and was listed for an AMAZING price for everything that we got! Would totally come back and could not recommend enough!!!

Eric and Kelly have created a wonderful Airbnb experience for folks looking to explore the Hudson/Greater Catskills area, or just simply reconnect with friends for a long weekend. There were four of us, and it didn’t feel crammed at all. The space was actually bigger/roomier than anticipated. Amenities were aplenty, including any kitchen appliance or utensil you could need (we cooked all the nights we were there), a well-maintained hot tub, large yard, and more. The home was cutely decorated and felt like a vacation destination. There were also plenty of businesses nearby (not walking distance, but easily accessible by car). They even provided a booklet of ideas and recommendations for hiking, exploring, and dining! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!! :) Thanks Eric and Kelly 😊

A wonderful spot if you are traveling with a pup and looking for a convenient spot to explore Columbia county. I travel upstate a lot and this Airbnb is one of the nicer ones I have visited. The space was absolutely spotless!! Great dining space, and all the kitchen basics. The star of the show is definitely the fenced in yard. My dog was a huge fan!! The tub in the bathroom is also a nice amenity. Only things to consider, Phimont is a still a town in transition. Not somewhere I enjoy spending time. But there are tons of things nearby. Also, you do hear some noise from neighbors. Nothing that diminished our stay. I really appreciated how proactive and responsive Michelle and Jacopo were. Overall I would definitely recommend!

H‘s place was quiet, clean, comfortable and ideal for our girls weekend away! We were able to go for quiet walks in the woods and into the sweet little town of Philmont for a quick bite to eat. H was responsive to any of our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again.
