Joleen accommodated my last minute request. I was exhausted from driving 12+ hrs, and just needed a place to shower and crash. Her place is better than the hotel!! Not only it was spotless-clean, but was also very comfortable. She also had snacks/drinks ready for guests which were very, very nice of her. That was so helpful as I also had a long drive the following day. Honestly i was very lucky to find Joleen’s place! Also VERY safe! Next time in Sacramento, i will definitely come back!

My daughter and I had a great stay in Sacramento since we were visiting a friend. Our room was exactly as described, and the house was in a great neighborhood. The hosts were great! It would have been nice to have a couch or a place to lounge at in a common area, but overall a great stay!

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here! It was quiet and provided us a private space to relax in between our busy visit. The only thing I wish the place had was a full length mirror as we were in town for a formal event. Otherwise, the space was great and exactly like the listing photos! Thanks Matt for being so responsive and a great host!
