This off the grid 16 foot yurt is nestled along the Shelldrake river and is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts to escape from it all. Lots to do locally with Tehquamenon falls 35 minutes away, 30 minutes to whitefish point and 20 minutes to the town of Paradise down a sandy 4.7 mile two track. 4 wheel drive required! This experience is rustic with no power, or heat. There is an outhouse.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.
