We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Words can’t describe how beautiful the view is from the apartment! We had a lovely week in San Gimignano with our six month old. So peaceful and everything within walking distance. Communication was great and use of the parking garage was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here 6 days and used as a base to see Florence, Sienna, Pienza, vineyards. Amazing. Returning to this apartment felt like home. Comfortable. Montepulciano was perfect. The view from this apartment is like a painting, as good if not better than the photos. Parking #6 was close and was manageable. The decor is eclectic but feels authentic...not too refined like many Airbnb's....just very comfortable. Very spacious. Easy for a family or three couples. Highly recommend! I would certainly rent this apartment again without hesitation. Great value.

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Definitely reserve Claudia’s fantastic spot. Spotless and in the middle of a beautiful quaint village. Claudia has everything you would need plus Lots of special goodies. We enjoyed coffee at the outdoor area off the living room where we have views of the church and people coming and going. Such a peaceful, relaxing spot. There are stairs, but not difficult to climb up them. Claudia met us and helped with our luggage as well as parking suggestions. She is delightful and always available if needed. The downtown restaurants are very good. We sure did enjoy our time spent here. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely, super clean place to all our friends and family.

Ludovica's place was really like a fairy tale. Thanks to the kind Ludovica, I was able to heal from my tiring journey, and the accommodation was filled with kindness for the guests. It was easy to cook in the kitchen, and there was an animal shelter next to it, but it didn't smell and it was so peaceful. I stayed on a rainy day, but I want to stay again on a nice day! It was the best place to stay during my trip to Italy:)

The apartment was amazing! Very centrally located with a great terrace and stocked with everything you need and so many little extras! Being able to park at their farm made it super easy to get out and explore the area. You will not find better hosts than Leonie and Nico. They were super responsive and I really appreciated Leonie making all of our dinner reservations. The activities they recommended were the best! Especially a not to be missed experience at Caseificio Piu! This is a very special place and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elena’s! Clean place with all needed amenities such as laundry room and parking area. The area itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Very close by car to many signature spots of Tuscany. we also enjoyed laying next to the swimming pool. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The host invited us to the local town’s celebration which we enjoyed a lot! Shortly, I can only recommend staying here to experience the best Tuscany itinerary! 🙌✨

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Giovanni was very accomodating for all our needs. The view from the balcony towards the Montemassi castle and the Maremma is great. We had a very nice stay

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
