Our lake association does not allow renters to swim, boat, kayak or fish in the private lake unless accompanied by the property owner. These are available in nearby public lakes and parks. Waywanda SP, Greenwood Lake and Monksville Reservoir are ~13 minutes away with swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, biking… A raised single air mattress can be provided if requested.
