Cozy two-rooms apartment near Polcenigo

Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The Primula studio apartment is an excellent solution for single travelers or couples who want to spend time in nature while having the services of a small town available. The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
