Owen and Mary were great hosts. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with items needed. While it didn't bother us, you can hear some from upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise I would take that into consideration. Overall great stay and would recommend for a quick trip. Good restaurants close by.

Beth, the house and the cats are all amazing! Beth was very communicative before and after the stay and was very friendly. Easy instructions for getting into the house. The house is very nice with a great backyard. The cats are very nice and joined us shortly after we settled it. Love this place, highly recommend!

This was a lovely little cottage on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard reading and relaxing. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was included. Plus, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Colorado Springs was a delightful city to explore.

Our family recently enjoyed a mini reunion at Jose's beautiful house, celebrating my daughter's high school graduation and my father-in-law's 80th birthday. The house is lovely inside and out, and every room was clean and comfortable. The common areas downstairs were perfect for gathering and socializing, and we all made use of the kitchen. Everyone in our group was very pleased with our accommodations. Thank you to Jose for great communications and making it easy for us to enjoy this wonderful house for our special family weekend!

Were were there a very short period for a military graduation, so did not get to experience all of what the location has to offer. The home was perfectly described—spotless, very comfortable, convenient, tastefully, and thoughtfully maintained for guests. Jacquie was very responsive, enthusiastic and friendly! We had a nice stop over at Linda’s house between our trips to RMNP and Great Sand Dune. It was the perfect home base to reset, do laundry, and get ready for the next leg of our trip. Linda was flexible and a great communicator. She was so helpful with info to make sure we could park our trailer. It’s clear that her devotion to God shines through her kindness and hospitality.

Shelley's place felt cozy to me right away. It is in a great neighborhood and has a view of the mountains from the bedroom window. Everything was clean and well cared-for. Shelley was very responsive to messages and requests. I would stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

I have stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the kind service and communication from Frank & Ingrid and because the apartment is reliably clean and pleasant and in such a great location - walkable to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Home was as expected in the pictures. Gabby was always there for communicating any questions we had. Place was cute and cozy. Only recommendation is maybe better instructions to get into the basement to use the washer and dryer. Other than that the home was perfect for our stay.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

Wonderful space. Well laid out to accommodate 5 adults. Great location to Garden of Gods, Broadmore, Flying W Ranch, etc. Mark was very responsive, friendly, & responded quickly. Linens, towels, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful view off spacious back deck, etc—all was great. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home. The southwestern theme was uplifting and creative. Our sleep was interrupted and comfortable. A very easy checkout.
