Well equipped, comfortable, close to the train station. We had a nice time and he was so kind!

The Villa and the surrounding grounds were so beautiful. It was a great base to travel to Siena, Florence, Pisa and other cities. The marketplace was gigantic and had everything you could think of--wonderful food, medicine, coffee, ready-made food. We had Daniela come to the place to cook an incredible 5-course Tuscan meal. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during one of Italy's hottest summers--not the fault of the host, it just is the way the weather is nowadays. Even though the Villa didn't have AC (Why would it if it's 500 years old?) it was not unbearable. There were fans, which helped, as well as pool that was pristine clean and so refreshing. The evening breeze was also a relief, but there were mosquitoes, so we really couldn't keep the windows open as there were no screens. But the overall beauty and tranquility of the place outweighed this one issue. The next time we come, it will not be summer. I can only imagine how beautiful the area is in early fall or spring.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Very good deal, very nice owners. However, if you re big into drinking when you go to Firenze, please bear in mind that the location is a few km from the train station and unable to get there without a car, also not walkable friendly, being on a road, not through small city streets. Just as a heads up, not a minus to the location. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings
