Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

In the old alpine dairy

A rustic house in the Walser village on the sunny slope above the Rhine Valley in Chur. It is the starting point for a skiing vacation in the small and large areas of the region. We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
