Very accurate description of the place. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. Home away from home. This was our second stay with Jose and Lucy. This place is highly recommended.

A five-star gem in Bonita! Katherine’s Casita Bonita is an absolute dream! It has everything you could possibly need—spotless, beautifully designed, super cozy, and full of good vibes. Every corner feels like it was made with care (and great taste!). But wait—there’s more! Katherine is the kind of host that turns a good stay into an unforgettable one. She went above and beyond to help me track some packages that arrived after I left. Who does that? A true Airbnb superstar, that’s who. If you’re lucky enough to find her place available—book it. I’ll definitely be coming back. No doubt about it. Ten stars if I could!

Its location and the layout was perfect for us. It’s located next to the light rail and freeway, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The neighborhood was friendly, the airbnb was appointed well and spotlessly clean. We had a nice walk to the harbor park every morning, just a few minutes away. I appreciated the sharp knives, olive oil and other pluses that make cooking so much easier. Having 2 parking spaces was another plus. Erik was quick and pleasant with all of his communication. Our quite elderly parents live in Chula Vista. We would love to use this Airbnb for all our visits.

This was our 2nd stay and again did not disappoint. Extremely clean, quiet, and the king size bed is very comfortable. Which is a priority for us. Love that coffee is available because no one wants to arrive and then go buy coffee. Especially for a relatively short stay. Alex is a great host and very responsive.

Enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom and kitchen were very spacious which I enjoyed. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available in the driveway or front of the house. Overall, enjoyed my stay and the space!

This was our second stay in two years, and it was just as great as the first. The Airbnb feels modern and luxurious, with incredible views. I loved discovering new running trails around Sweetwater, and our toddler had a blast at the nearby parks. Anna was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

I have stayed at Lucinda’s a few times now- and I almost hate to recommend it so highly because I’m always sad when it’s not available! The neighborhood is beautiful. The house has so much character and I could simply stay inside and enjoy the surroundings all day. It’s relaxing and peaceful and quiet- and I feel absolutely safe and comfortable staying there. There are always little extras, too, like some drinks in the fridge and some treats on the table-and an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, too, which I ended up needing this time! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I really enjoyed the stay. It's a great listing. It's very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it. I will keep it in mind when I visit San Diego next time.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This studio was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. It is very walkable! It's also a good location for travel to various San Diego sights. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Christine graciously made herself available just in case there were any questions during, and even before, the stay; however, none came up. I would stay here again!

The place was very cute and modern. The outside patio with sofa and hot tub was a great place to eat breakfast and hang out at night. Ricardo was highly communicative and very helpful when we needed anything.

The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for our trip and everything was as pictured. Would definitely book with Nick again.

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

This place was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I needed. Perfect distance from downtown San Diego to get a city feel, but also far enough to not be super loud and busy all the time. Tony was a great host and was very responsive when we needed anything.

Had a great vacation with some friends at this beautiful home. Looked outside and could see the beach and the waves. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The home was beautiful and had tons of amenities.

Great location, very clean ,had everything I needed to cook my meals and lots of extras I appreciated as well.i felt very safe and secure location great parking i had a huge car and no problem parking in garage its a large 4 door Jaguar as big as an suv no proble for me . enjoyed my stay very much will be back for sure .

Great stay! Very central, a short 5 minute walk to the border crossing, great restaurants, bars, medical centers, etc nearby. The place was in great condition, clean and upkept. I accidently locked us out and Monica was very responsive and helpful, she was very patience with the whole situation. Will definitely stay here again.
