This welcoming, spacious cottage has been lovingly restyled. On one level, it is very peaceful and quiet and set within its own private sunny garden with a lovely decked seating area. It is adjacent to the lake and park - offering fabulous walks on your doorstep. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. Rural Escape – Cosy 2-Bed Countryside Stay

Peaceful countryside retreat overlooking Dartmoor. Private 2-bedroom annex within the main house with own living room and kitchen (hob and air fryer but no oven). Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second a 4ft bed (ideal for one adult or a cosy couple!). Large bathroom with bath and shower. Use of back lawn and plenty of driveway parking. Overlooking the A38 (some background noise), ideal for exploring Devon. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

This lovely self contained wooden chalet (The Roadhouse) is set in a quiet rural location near Bovey Tracey with stunning views over the fields to Dartmoor. Surrounded by 100 acres of nature reserve, home to many rare species, a nature lovers paradise. There are some great pubs nearby, Exeter is 20 minutes, 10 miles to the sea and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. Heated by a woodburner. Very cosy. I'm afraid we don't take children under 13.
