Jason's property is very clean, cosy and comfortable. The heater in the passage warms up both bedroom very well, especially when travelling with parents, so no complaints about heating facility. For one night stay its perfect. Jason was very prompt is replying, so kudos to him.

Stayed for 5 nights at Emma’s beautiful place.. Super conveniently located, walkable to anywhere. I did morning walks to the botanic gardens and up and along the river to the huge reserve. Her home wifi was strong and did not cause any issue during my video conference calls.

Alison is an excellent communicator. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect city location.

Returned for a second stay while visiting Christchurch and can't recommend highly enough! Many thanks again Rebecca, we'll be back.

Loved this spot two weeks ago stay plenty of others coming and going but no interruptions to my enjoyment with noise from other three apartments Toasty warm midwinter spare linen and towels left for me loved this stay Great apartment great to have a carpark although be aware the gate closes quick need to drive to gate insert code drive through don’t open gate from parking spot as it closes on the car if you aren’t quick enough! Other than that issue which really was my issue it was a perfect stay

A great location for access to central Christchurch. The townhouse is delightful, sunny and comfortable. Really appreciated being able to park off the street. Barry and Sue were very helpful and informative.

Jessie’s place is immaculate and the best position in Christchurch! It is very centrally located and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house. Centrally located, quiet and tidy house. Beautifully presented home, nice and warm and had everything we needed with two adults and two young children. Nice white sheets and clean white towels, felt like a hotel. Close to the Margaret Mahy park which was why we chose this house with two little ones. The house had a few toys and puzzles which were a huge hit with our kids. Thank you for providing them.

Heidi's place is in a great location. Having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms makes it a really good place to stay.

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

This apartment is AMAZING!! the apartment is really spacious, has excellent quality furnishings, was super clean and was in a fantastic location. We could not fault anything, and I would love to permanently live here. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks for the great stay.
