Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το Elite είναι ένα σύγχρονο premium διαμέρισμα (με ιδιωτικό Παρκινκ) που βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο μιας ασφαλούς περιοχής κοντά στην θάλασσα (Ακτή Καλαμίτσα) και 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της Καβάλας. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένο ακόμα και για διαμονές πολλών ημερών, όλο τον χρόνο. Βρίσκεται σε όροφο νεόδμητης πολυκατοικίας πολυτελούς κατασκευής και διαθέτει 2 μπαλκόνια. Είναι σχεδιασμένο να κάνει τις διακοπές σας στην Καβάλα αξέχαστες!

The house is enbedded in a beautiful olive grove which is centrally located between Potamia and Golden Beach. Big terraces (with grill), beautiful gardens with stunning mountain view. Wifi, Sat.-TV and air condition included. The sandy beach is easy to reach by foot. A traditional Greek tavern and the next supermarket a just are few meters away. Our guests are welcome to use the pool of the neighboring hotel. We are looking forward to welcome you to our little paradise!

Our Spacious Deluxe Triple Studios (ca. 30m2) are located either on the first or the ground floor of the accommodation and can be either one-room or two room studios. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studios have also a large wardrobe, air-condition, balconies, wi-fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities. Baby cot available on request.

Iliatoras Studios - Philippos Apartment

"Iliatoras Studios" is a hospitable accommodation in Skala Potamia, 70 meters far from the sea sore. The rooms (studios and apartments) are spacious and can offer you a comfortable accommodation. They are fully equipped with anything you may need during your vacation (wifi, electrical devices and kitchen equipment). There is also a big yard, a barbeque, a shared working table and parking space for the cars.
