A newly renovated 19th-century exception. There is an entire home with a separate entrance, a patio with barbecue facilities, and parking. The house is conveniently located in the center of Hluboká less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We want guests to feel like they're visiting good friends, where they can also take advantage of the convenience of our reading nook with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, who can enjoy a cosy sleep on a raised podium under the stairs on the site of a former stove.

The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Beautiful place, nice and well equipped apartment. Peace and complete privacy. Very nice hosts who keep cows, sheep, and two donkeys that we could pet. The farm also kittens, rabbits, and a welcome dog. Beautiful landscapes with views, meadows and pastures all around, a chapel, just a great place to rest in nature. My daughter and I had a great stay and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Prague. Upon arrival, the host identified a problem with the water but already had a plan in place to get it resolved and made sure that we were accommodated. It was a beautiful location and wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a great time. It was very quiet and you could escape the stress of everyday life very well. The lockbox makes you super flexible at check-in. We'd love to come back!

Tomáš‘ place is amazing if you wanna spend some time off grid in beautiful surroundings. For the price, we couldn’t have had a better experience. He is a very nice host, that gave clear instructions via messages beforehand. Just be aware that it is not so easily accessible due to a missing road (you have to drive over a narrow field road) and it has a very steep way down to the water.

We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on.
