This space was AMAZING! We found it easily because it had a beautifully branded passageway, and when we entered, it was like a perfect getaway for our group. The theming was perfect, and there's plenty of room for socializing as well as passtimes. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone. the hosts were so responsive, and the whole experience was good!

We were down in Edenton for a wedding when we stayed here. Perfect fit for one to two couples to spend a weekend for a peaceful getaway. Right on the sound and access to a private beach makes for nice quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Highly recommend!

Amber was great, she was very nice and informative. I had a late check-in and she did not mind at all. I stayed at her place with my children and it made our NC experience so much better. Thank you!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

We had to attend a funeral in Elizabeth City, so this was a last minute booking. I will say that Mechelle’s place the perfect place to wind down after attending the services. Lovely decor and comfortable space. The flat was within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. We didn’t get to all of Mechelle’s recommendations. Will always book when in Elizabeth City. Mechelle was responsive and amazing to work with. Will say it again will book this space every time we are there. Top Notch.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, perfectly described waterfront home in a quiet community. The dock and deck was perfect for relaxation, and the home provided all the space we needed to be able to spread out comfortably and recharge for a couple of days away from the city!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Edenton! The house was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating escape!

My family and I love this big old house. Enough space to have togetherness and yet enough space to have a room for quiet time. My adult children would like to make this our annual vacation spot, next time we're going to try booking during cooler months as well. I had the opportunity to speak with our host, Debbie, she was very nice and helpful. Thank you to our hosts!

We were a party of three girlfriends staying on our way to OBX. George’s place provided the perfect layover. All beds and other furnishings were comfortable and the house was spotless. Highly recommend!

This is a small house on a four-lane road, but there is moderate traffic most of the time and little traffic at night. It is tidy and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, good linens, and comfortable furniture and beds. It is pet-friendly and there is a small, unfenced back yard, as well as good areas to walk a dog nearby. It is a little over a mile to the waterfront, and an easy walk down and back. A grocery story, fast food, a restaurant, and CVS and Walgreen's are located very close by for convenience. The major drawbacks are a busy road (which is not an issue most of the time) and the small bathroom, which didn't bother me but was a bit cramped for my husband who is a lot taller and could use more elbow room. We have stayed here four times now and find it a very reasonable place for a couple to four people to stay. We'd be happy to rent this house again.

We were thrilled with this property! Tons of space, very comfortable, clean, everything you need and fabulous view of the river! It was a haven for us after very busy days! We felt very at home and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this historic home. The home was spotless and welcoming. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the antique furniture and decor. The backyard was large, private and completely fenced in. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the brightness with open shades during the day yet had plenty of privacy at night. We spent most of our time in the fully stocked game room. The kitchen had more than everything needed for our stay. The bathrooms were completely stocked. I would highly recommend this stay to my friends and family. 5 Stars!!! Such a convenient location.

We booked EXTREMELY last minute due to plans being changed abruptly for a family wedding we were attending that weekend in a nearby town. We got our check-in details within minutes and the house was beautiful and clean. Our two yr. old twins especially loved building with the JENGA game they had and the yard was perfect for water gun play in the heat during our downtime. We unfortunately left a bag of personal items during our departure however, Erik & Lia messaged us letting us know (It would have probably been a few more days before I even realized honestly) and were willing to leave them where necessary for a nearby family member to grab for us. The town of Edenton and the views of the water are nearby. Thank you for letting us make your home our home for a couple days :)

My boyfriend and I had to check in after 1am because of a flight delay but Patrick went out of his way to help us and make sure we’d get inside with little to no issues. He always answered as soon as we texted him, which was very helpful. But the place itself is very beautiful. It’s in a beautiful community and it’s decorated beautifully, it felt right at home.

Great location for a secluded get away. Relaxing and comfortable condo with plenty of space. There is not much in the town of Roper, but a short 15 minute drive will put you in a town large enough to grab whatever you may have forgotten or need. Check in was easy and the on site manager and groundskeeper were both very kind and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Nice and inviting place. Despite the cold weather, the area is great for exploring historic landmarks and easy to get to other attractions and areas of business for the week.

Location and listing was exactly as described. I'd like to add that this location is easy to park at (specified parking spot in a parking garage), very walkable location with a coffee shop, breakfast spots, and restaurants all within a 1-3 minute walk. I came to visit to ECSU for my son's ECSU Freshmen orientation. I will definitely stay in this location again when we visit him throughout the next few years.

Such a perfect size place for a long weekend stay. Everything we could've asked for all in perfect shape. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, paper towels, k-cups, with creamer! The place was just a walk out the back slider to a bench where you can sit to watch the golfers on hole 10 or a walk across the street between the townhomes for an INCREDIBLE sunset. You are allowed to walk the course after 7:30pm and before 7:30am. Club house has limited hours, but the restaurant on the marina has extended hours. But... Edenton and Elizabeth City is 20 min drive with many more restaurant options. And what a community! You can't drive or walk anywhere with out a smile and a friendly wave🙌🏼. Love this place.... we'll be back!
