Vacation rentals with a patio in Chowan County

The perfect place to stay in Elizabeth City. It's convenient to everything in town, parking was a breeze, and the place is well furnished and appointed.

We were down in Edenton for a wedding when we stayed here. Perfect fit for one to two couples to spend a weekend for a peaceful getaway. Right on the sound and access to a private beach makes for nice quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Highly recommend!

I’d give it “Three C’s”: Clean, Cute, Cozy. Attention to detail & pet friendly, the enclosed space protects the dogs until you’re ready to leave the gated enclosure. Oh, the welcome basket is delightful, healthy snacks & wine; which soothes the weary travelers. The kitchen rack for drying dishes is creative & sanitary-great idea! Good location for overnight accommodations. I’d recommend Anne’s place!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

We enjoyed at their place was so awesome!!!! Relax fun and fun same time! We will come back again!

Super cute and cozy spot to stay! I felt so safe in Donnie’s Airbnb and it’s a great location, walkable to a few cute coffee shops and to the water! 10 out 10! Definitely will be coming back

We had a great stay at Amanda’s. She is so friendly and was always helpful. Her place was very nice and comfy. We would love to visit again.

My 2 buddies and I like to do destination fishing trips a couple of times a year. Jennifer's condo, (right on the river) was very nice, an easy drive to the boat launches that our guide used, and the deck over the water was a great spot for adult beverages, cigars, and hours of solving world problems. One of our most memorable trips -- even if the fishing was less than stellar -- and Jennifer's condo was a big part of that. An easy drive to downtown Elizabeth City for dinners, and a private location that was both relaxing and peaceful. We will be back.

Had a great time at Brandon’s place. Two block, pretty walk to the main section of town. Perfect location, you can even see some water from the backyard! Backyard is fenced and big and great for a dog just a few feet out the back door. House looks just as described and has all the regular things you would need. First trip to Edenton and it was perfect. Also, it was bizarrely hot outside when we were there and the house stayed crisp and cool which was great. They had it set and chilly before we even got there. Fantastic! Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Victoria's place was perfect for our work/ play stay. Dog friendly is always a plus, we travel with our boy most places. Very easy to find, good restaurant and only 2 miles from them. Any extra things we needed to know, Victoria communicated to us right away. We will stay again.

The location was great. It's a safe and walkable community, and the neighbors I encountered were all friendly. The bungalow was perfect in every sense of the word. We felt right at home immediately. It was the ideal one-bedroom getaway. It shows you you can do a lot with a bit of space.

We were in town for just a short time and we were glad Kim's place was available, we had stayed here in 2024 and it worked out perfect for us.

Great stay and the BEST, most Amazingly equipped kitchen, I have ever come across in an Air BnB... I have dietary restrictions that prevent eating out with ease so we cook a lot. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and more. thank you for a great stay

Honestly we really liked the pictures that we looked at and it met our expectations. The host is really nice and helped us with anything we needed around the place! The house was very clean and felt cozy for my friends and I. Bonus there was also a cat that stays behind the house that was very friendly and added another perk to the house.

Very good hostess! Responded quickly! Very beautiful surroundings. A few insignificant downfalls: Across from a school, near an intersection and no recliners. A big downfall for us were the ring cameras at every door. We felt like we were being watched. I felt quite safe in this area. My grandkids love playing corn hole, basketball and fishing outdoors and playing Connect four inside. There is an office with pens, pencils and a note pad. The four bedroom is a family room with a pull out sofa and its own bathroom. My oldest grandson loved that! Entry was very easy. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful views. Super clean and comfortable. 15 minutes into the Edenton historic district. House is very well outfitted. Hope to stay again.

Nice and inviting place. Despite the cold weather, the area is great for exploring historic landmarks and easy to get to other attractions and areas of business for the week.

The most beautiful views of the Chowan with easy access to the dock. Spacious, full kitchen and luxury bath. Gorgeous landscaping and lot, and the host went out of his way to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable. The full outside bathroom was so nice to have while swimming and playing in the water all day. Can not wait to come back again!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Kitchen had everything you need. Patrick was super helpful and even offered late checkout. Bed was really comfortable. Close to the golf course and the marina.
