Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chōsei, Chōsei District

We got room 502 for most of our nights in Tokyo and it felt like home. The room is bigger than Tokyo’s usual room sizes. All basic necessities included with iron and washing machine/dryer in room so very convenient. Train stations about 10min walk from the accommodation, bus stop and nearest 711 is about a minute away. Room is very clean and host is very accommodating/responsive. Will come back to this place in Tokyo ❤️

入住的那一瞬間就感受到民宿主人經營的用心，環境非常乾淨整潔，香氛迷人完全沒有小空間的壓迫感。房間不算大，不過居住起來非常舒適，各項生活用品齊全，到處都看得到主人的用心。已經在期待下一次再次造訪。再次謝謝主人的用心，在異地一樣有家的感覺。

Apartamentul fost cea mai bună cazare pe care am avut-o vreodată în Tokyo.😍 Apartamentul este mare, modern, clădirea noua, stradă liniștită, dar în imediata apropiere sunt magazine, restaurante și stația de metrou. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Am avut și papuci de casă, periuțe de dinti, șervețele, prosoape. Gazda foarte receptivă și de ajutor.🤗 Pe viitor tot aici vom reveni.🤩

We have NEVER stayed in a more thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed Airbnb. The House Manual is exceptionally well done; everything is thoroughly explained and translated, including English instructions and labels on the washing machine. Steps away from groceries, two train lines, and Edoyu Bath House (a must-do experience). Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, hospitality: 6/5 stars. Flawless. Yoshi has solutions for almost any problem: toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shoe deodorant, laundry bags, etc. And proper mirror lighting for makeup application. He stored our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our first and final day in Tokyo. Overall: 6/5 Yoshi’s Airbnb is the standard by which all Superhosts should be measured.

Super friendly and helpful host. As a first timer in Japanthiss was an incredible place to stay. Super close to skytree and a lot of nice resturants nearby. 10/10 would visit again😁

Fantastic location to stay near Asakusa side of Tokyo. Less than 5 min walk from nearest metro and also walkable to Asakusa or Sumida river park. Space was a little tight for a family of 3 (perfect for 2 people). But considering all the other conveniences that we had can overlook this aspect. All in all great stay and experience.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Host and co host were responsive and aided with queries. location was walkable to surrounding points of interest. metro station was within 10 mins walk. well equipped Airbnb. with lift definitely made the stay easy for family with kids or multiple luggages the stay easy and stress free. Definitely try it.

初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

Great host! Drove us from the train station to the Airbnb as it would have been a 1 km walk with our luggages. Also woke up early just to drive us to the airport in time. Super friendly as well! Shared with us about his life stories and we had great conversations.

ヨーロッパに今夏帰国する友人家族と合計6名で利用しました。日本の古民家は始めてだったようで入った瞬間から感激していました。BBQも利用しましたが、道具一式全て揃っていて炭火で焼いたお肉の味は格別でした。あいにくのお天気でしたが、勝浦やその他の景勝地にも近く、思い出に残る素敵な旅となりました。

歩いて30秒で海、1階には外から入れるシャワールームがあり、海上がりにすぐシャワーが浴びられます。 リビングの大きな窓を開け放つとリビングと同じ広さのベランダでBBQが楽しめます。リビングからは座っていても海が見え、波の音が聞こえる本当に素晴らしい施設でした。 １階はゲストルームが2室あり、各部屋にトイレもあるためわざわざ2階に行く必要も無く、シャワールームで2室を回遊できる間取りもとても良かったです。

Espectacular!, zona residencial, próxima al transporte publico y atracciones turísticas. El anfitrión comunicaba bien y rápido. Dio informacion y fotos para que pudiéramos llegar bien al alojamiento. El alojamiento como estaba en las fotos y nos dejó dos ramilletes de flores fresco, (que fue un detalle que no habíamos tenido antes en ningún alojamiento). Nos dio información que no se encuentra en guías. Fue nuestro ultimo alojamiento en Japón y podemos decir que fue el mejor de todos sin lugar a dudas.

the host was really great and gave lots of great recommendations to restaurant. location is also really good, it's close to the underground line, close to sky tree tower, and really close to asakusa.

10명이 이용했고 바베큐도 맛있었습니다 맥주도 시원하게 마실 수 있도록 준비해주셨고 밖에 가방을 두고 나갔는데 잘 보관해주셨습니다 닭이 새벽에 많이 우는 약간의 불편함이 있었네요

ホストの方も優しくして下さり、キッチンとかも綺麗でとても過ごしやすかったです。

Appartement cosy et joliment aménagé! Un petit balcon tout mignon. Logement dans une zone d’habitation de Tokyo. 15min à pied de la Skytree avec centre-commercial et restaurants. un super-marché à quelques centaines de mètres de là. Nous recommandons ce logement pour les couples.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

位置太方便了 附近有好几个便利店 步行可以到的商场有3-4个 期中🈶阿卡酱 很方便亲子母婴购物啊 去上野 去晴空塔 都非常方便 房子干净 很适合家庭出游 下次还会选择

Amazing place to stay for more than a week. Felt like home. Unit is very clean and location is perfect. I really loved the life market next door. Host was very accommodating, they helped me stay 2 hours over my checkout time. Very recommend.

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.
