Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The place is ideal for recharging for families or groups of friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail runs in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered nearby, we will be able to inform you with pleasure! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. Located in the heart of nature, conducive to relaxation. Zen and refined decor, off-white and wood tones. The 38° water jacuzzi (USA-Softub brand) is open year-round (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., good use rule) and a sauna (5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.) is just a stone's throw away. Ideal accommodation for a couple or two friends (separable beds). Welcome breakfast on the 1st morning.

La Tiny is located on our land in the Vercors, between forest, meadows and streams. It has an outdoor dry toilet, shower, stovetop, and a small fridge. Bedding and bath towels are not provided.
