Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the pedestrian street in the center of the village, you will have access to the ski slopes by a free shuttle 100 m from the apartment. You can also enjoy all the village amenities on foot: shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, casino. The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

The place is ideal to recharge your batteries with family or friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail starts in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Numerous activities are offered nearby, we will be happy to inform you! Ideally located, Valence TGV station is 35 minutes away, as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

Located in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, 2 steps from the largest natural biological reserve of France of the Highlands, Touria and Nicolas, welcome you, in a beautiful setting, whose fauna and flora are preserved. The wild beauty of the Highlands in the South Vercors awaits you! A traditional sauna has been set up in the ecogiite for your relaxation. A 2-hour session is offered. The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Trapper Tent on the Foothills of Vercors

The 28 m² tent is equipped with a kitchen area, sofa bed, double bed and coffee table, offering a warm and functional space. On the terrace you will find a table with chairs, as well as deckchairs in summer to relax. ⚠️ The tent does not have a bathroom. However, it is possible to do simple cleaning thanks to a jerry can of water made available — a deliberately minimalist experience, for a slow and natural stay.

With its terrace, enjoy the beautiful sunsets.☀️ Fully furnished and equipped, it is located in the village of Saint-Thomas-en-Royans.⛰️ Total area: 35 m² + 30 m² terrace. Bakery 20 m from the apartment🥖 Breakfast fee: €6/person. Aperitif board with a bottle of white or red wine, two pastries and bread: €30/2 people.
