Zeer goede communcatie met host. Ruimte is geweldig in rustige, maar gezellige buurt. Het zou helpen om foto van het gebouw toe te voegen, want het was lastig te vinden, maar dankzij de host kwamen we snel goed terecht.

Konaklamayı yanlışlıkla 1 kişi olarak seçmişim, 2 kişi olarak düzeltilmesini kabul ettiler. Temizlikle ilgili olumsuz yorumlar gördüğüm için korkmuştum fakat gayet temizdi. Lokasyonu JR Metro ve marketlere yakındı. Sadece gece geç saatte dönerseniz çevrede alkollü erkekler çok fazla oluyor, biz herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadık ama sadece kadın seyehat ediyorsanız bilginiz olsun. Günübirlik başka şehirlere gittiğimizden Tokyo istasyonuna yakın olması iyi bir olanaktı. Çamaşır makinesi için deterjan vardı. Bazı tesislerdeki gibi misafirlerin kullanabileceği şemsiyeleri bulunmuyor. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

非常非常满意，超出预期了，还会再来住的，也推荐给了关系好的朋友。不想公开推荐，因为害怕以后自己住不上。没想到有个很大院子，卧室和客厅都可以连通直接过去。房主应该优先放这个图，预定时很后面才看到。提个小建议，房主可以像很多房主一样整理一本册子（常见语言都附上）。把大家常见的问题彩色打印出来放在客厅桌子上里。这样房主也不需要一直回答，常住爱彼迎的客人能自己根据手册快速阅读解决。

This was a perfect stay for my son and I. Location was close to different subway station stops making getting around so easy. It is super clean and just enough space for us. I will hope to stay again!

First of all, Kana is the best host ever! She was so kind, generous and hospitable. Second, as far as the location is concerned, it's not for everyone, but definitely it suits me an my family as we know what we want when in Tokyo, and are not swayed by the masses of tourists. So for us, the location was perfect! Near subway stations and close enough to Shimbashi Station, which surprisingly we did not need to go to as often as I thought, because there were other stations nearby. Lots of "konbinis" nearby and surprisingly a Mini Stop as well which I did not see any in this trip aside from this one. The building is new and the room is quite spacious. And surprisingly, the beds are long and wide, perfect for Western-sized travellers. We also slept very well every night and felt like home. Overall, with the added amenity, I would not hesitate to stay here again. This was my first and only choice, and I am glad Kana accepted us to stay in her room. どうもありがとうございました。またすぐ戻ってきます。

The apartment is close to several trams, yet a bit outside of Shinjuku's noisy and colorful streets. Those traveling with large luggage should be aware that the stairs are quite narrow, making carrying it upstairs a bit tiring but not impossible. We were very satisfied. 😀

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Nishigori is an amazing host! This was our 3rd trip to Japan and Nishigoris place was our favorite. The directions to the Airbnb were precise and very helpful. Checking in to the airbnb was very easy to do and the location is in a such an amazing spot, with lots of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Nishigori gave us suggested areas to eat at in the local area and they were outstanding. We also asked very specigic questions about Japanese laws and Nishigori was very quick to respond with a helpful answer. If you are looking for an amazing spot to stay at, with an amazing host, then look no further. We will definitely be staying with Nishigori again in the future!

A rail-fans sanctuary. My wife and I not only picked this location based on it's location in Ginza, but also it's close proximity to the train lines running to and from Ginza Station. You can watch trains and shinkansens pass by at most hours of the day and night which can be exciting to see for rail- heads. The sound never bothered us- infact it lulled us to sleep every night. this location is nestled on the 4th floor above many extremely tasty resturaunts with vibrant night life and if your a night owl like me who goes out to eat at off times, there is no shortage of food near by. Also close to Shin- Godzilla statue outside Toho theater. Masaharu was a very receptive host and communicated promptly we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hit that booking button and you won't be disappointed.

Exactly what I hoped for and more! Very nice place - safe and quiet at night to get a great rest, but still close to everything!

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I have the chance. Harumi was very responsive and met me in person for check-in. She has taken care of everything and the place was very nice and clean and the view of the river is amazing!

Es un barrio increíble y tiene una excelente ubicación, está cerca de una estación de metro que te permite moverte fácil. La habitación es bonita y muy limpia, además tiene estufa lo que es esencial si viajas con niños y necesitas prepararles su comida o guardarla en el refri. El anfitrión es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente de los mensajes que dejes, así que no dudes en hospedarte aquí.

Sie Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen und bei Fragen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen. Sehr nah zur U-Bahn Station. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft :)

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Thank you for a wonderful first stop. It was a great place to easily explore Tokyo and the 24hr 7-11 on the corner was a life saver for jet lagged kids. The apartment was clean and comfortable and tiny :) but nice and affordable. The directions with photos were super helpful to give us confidence on arrival. We found it easily. Thank you for a great introduction to Japan.

Beautiful space perfect for 3! Also, walkable to a supermarket and an 8-10 min walk from two different train stations. The place was clean and comfortable. The pillows were a bit flat but this is a personal preference. There was also an elevator which was helpful!

很宽敞，离地铁站很近，很方便。房屋设施齐全，洗漱用品也很齐全，房东人很好，可以寄存行李。

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

We stayed around 7 nights at this accommodation and got ourselves pretty well acquainted with the place and its neighbourhood. It’s definitely well located, quiet. Couple of convenience shops nearby and a dryer just a few minutes away (accommodation has a washer). There is a window at upper floor (which is actually at street level). Place is well equipped and pretty much has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
