You will be less than 300 meters from the sea on one of the most beautiful coasts of Tuscany! The other strong point is the logistics: all the shops and services are at most a 15-minute walk away, including the station that is well connected to the rest of the railway network, with direct trains also to Florence and Rome. In any case, you will have a private parking space. Remember that you will be staying in a wonderful seaside resort: although the photos evoke a great quiet, in summer it is certainly not the realm of silence!

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.
