Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chilliwack

My husband and I came to Abbotsford to attend a wedding. While most other attendees stayed at a hotel, my husband and I chose Kam's place, and we are glad we did. She and her husband are very kind and responsive hosts and we felt very welcome. The rental unit is located in the bright semi-basement of their home, modern, spotless, and quiet. Beautiful verdant residential neighborhood. We appreciated the food items left in the fridge and cabinets, and are especially grateful that we were permitted to entertain for 2 hours or so a few of our relatives. Thank you Kam for a most enjoyable stay!

Carmen and her co-host Dave are very responsive. I had some questions when I arrived and they responded right away. The place is in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood - easy access to the river for walks on the Rotary path or go fishing. It was very clean and tidy.

The place was great, quiet neighborhood, clean new suite with separate entrance. Richard was responsive and polite, things could not have been smoother.

Jodie is a warm and welcoming host with a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home is upscale, wonderfully comfortable and exceeded our expectations and needs. We loved the vintage but modern vibe with the prettiest gardens and manicured lawns. It’s peaceful, we have a very sound sleep, immaculately clean, and felt so safe and welcomed. We loved our 5 star stay, you won’t be disappointed with a stay at Jodie’s, we definitely recommend and are grateful to have experienced Jodie’s hospitality and spacious home. Thanks Simon and Lisa

It was a nice surprise to have AC in the unit. It was a very nice place to stay, very spacious and comfortable. It was kid friendly in that it had a highchair and playpen, but lots of fragile things. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and had lots of room to move around. I loved that there were so many comfy areas to hang out and that it's so close to the lake. It was a great place for our needs and I would consider returning.

Carlos provided clear check-in instructions including how to find the place and where to park. The place was clean and comfortable and they have a nice list of recommended places to visit. This place may not be for you if you or a friend are light sleepers as the host family does live above. They have a few games which was fun. We liked playing uno express when we weren't out and about.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gonzalo’s place! The house was incredibly cozy, spotless, and felt just like home. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, but still close to everything you might need — there’s even a grocery store nearby which made things super convenient. The house has four bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. We especially loved the room with two single beds — such a thoughtful and stylish touch! Every detail of the house was well thought out, from the cozy living room to the fully stocked kitchen. The capsule coffee machine was a lovely bonus — we enjoyed fresh coffee in the morning! Also, a big thank you to Gonzalo for providing the EV charger. It made our trip so much smoother. If we ever come back to Chilliwack, we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home away from home! 💛

The most beautiful location and wonderful home! The views are breathtaking and the house is perfectly stocked and designed. From the large hot tub to the front room with views, this house is a must! My mom loved it and couldn’t stop talking about how great the bed was and how lovely the neighborhood was. This stay was a huge highlight on our Alaska trip and I am so grateful! There was a glitch with my app when booking and the hosts were very kind and understanding. All around amazing experience and would book again 11/10!

Comfortable house, beautiful view, and great walkable location to restaurants and small stores. The host Kay was very friendly and responsive!

The place is small, but it is really comfortable for a few nights. It was very clean and organized. We really like the common shared area where they have the pool table, a fireplace, and some nice and cozy sofas. We went there both nights, and it was mostly empty with the whole place for us. We didn’t cook, so we cannot evaluate the kitchen.

Very nice cozy place and the best couch in years I got to lay on. Very clean with a nice comfy bed. I look forward to staying again.

Getting in to the building itself is complicated since you can’t go through the front door and the door to the lobby from the garage is broken. We have had many issues with other condos we’ve stayed at in the same building. However, once inside the actual condo, it was clean and perfect. All the amenities were great and the location is awesome. Thank you again for a great stay!

Split this for a couples trip, and it was amazing! It was not crowded with us four and we had a lot of fun playing games on the balcony area and cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom is also spacious which was nice for everyone leaving their things in there for getting ready. The host was extremely responsive and gave us tons of insight on places to go and eat. It’s a great location for walking to everything and we loved the security that garage parking provided. Overall, we look forward to returning in the fall for salmon season!

Pat and Barbi have a wonderful finished loft. What a treat. Pat met us in the driveway and showed up the ropes to make things easy. Perfect spot for my daughter and I to crash for a ski weekend. They have a great sunroom for breakfast and relaxing as well. Closest thing to a Bed and Breakfast I've been to through AirBnB.

We had good time staying here. The location is perfect for enjoying Birch Bay and just a a few minutes walk to the state park. Thanks Alison!

Great stay! Close to Chair 9 (You can walk) and everything else in Glacier is super close. One of the most perfect locations for Baker access. Would stay again & easy check in 😎

The Inn on the Harbor was a perfect weekend getaway spot. Super clean and comfortable with great water views. Check in was made really easy and Tracey gave great directions ahead of time. Downtown Blaine is very walkable from this spot. We will be back!

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

This place is truly a gem. We were so blessed to find it. And then to have such amazing hosts was just the cherry on the sundae. We kept finding more sweet surprises around every corner. I loved how Duncan and Sarah didn't overcomplicate anything but were readily available. Our expectations were exceeded.

Matt's place was perfect for my group to spend an easy weekend skiing at baker. Very close to the glacier ski shop and wake n bakery, 30 mins from the slopes, and within walking distance of chair 9. There were games and a few dvd's to choose from in the condo, as well as a community building with a pool table, hot tub + pool, and much more. Matt supplied helpful instructions and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that from one balcony we had a river view and the other a view of the bay. The home was comfortable and cozy for our family. Beds had nice, soft (and clean!) sheets, comfortable mattresses as well. Short walk to beach access and coffee shop which was a plus as well.

We loved our stay at Gord's condo. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the ski lifts. The cabin is warm and inviting. The fire stove was a highlight, perfect for relaxing by after a day out and added such a cozy mountain vibe. Also really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times it made everything so much easier. Thank you for the wonderful stay Gord! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable escape near the mountains.
