We had a great family holiday at villa mariposa, it is so spacious both inside and out. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is huge! There are so many different areas outside with the lovely garden for ball games, the pool area which is bigger and much nicer than the photos suggest and various patio areas for eating and chilling. Burriana beach is about a 20 minute walk away which is pleasant enough although longer coming back on account of the hill! Nerja itself is about a 40 minute walk although there are buses and taxis which are reasonable. I would be very happy to return to Alvaro’s villa.

Loved the house it was right in the heart of the historic part of town. It was central to everything. Despite being central it felt very private and was quiet at night. Amazing views from the roof terrace. Lots of steps up to the house, as it needed to be high to have such wonderful vistas.

Joses place was great for our trip to nerja. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, in a nice quiet location. Jose was on hand for any local advice and tips, he even let us know about a local festival. Highly recommended

10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

The place was amazing! Great location, close to everything and super clean! Javier was an outstanding host, super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond all our expectations! Most definitely one of the best places we stayed in...Hope to go back one day!

Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

We spent a wonderful week in this refurbished, ultra nice and perfectly equipped apartment: there was absolutely nothing missing! We put the car down when we arrived and did everything on foot during the stay. The beach is right across the street, and all shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Location is ideal, and the apartment really comfortable. A big thank you to Carmen, who was incredibly kind and very responsive to each exchange. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable. The roof terrasse was even better than we imagined, with a comfy sofa, and we enjoyed sharing it with the other guests. Our hosts were great too, super friendly. And Frigliana was definitely worth a visit, it’s such a beautiful and tranquil place. We particularly recommend doing the hike that goes along the aqueducts and the river! We weren’t sure how easy it would be to access Frigliana without a car, but the shuttle bus from Nerja made it really straightforward.

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

The host Eva is the kindest host we ever had. She welcomed us with a smile and gave a quick tour of the surroundings. The place is located in the perfect location with beach just under it. It was extremely tidy and clean. Perfect for a weekend in Nerja. Extremely recommended.

Thank you Nuria. We loved our stay with you - the apartment is spotless, in a great location and the views over the gorge, the mountains and down to Nerja are simply stunning. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Frigiliana every night. We used the sun terrace every day and a dip in the pool was very welcome as weather was very hot.

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! Ron was a great host. He was very responsive and even helped us with resteraunt recommendations as it was our first time in the area. The views are amazing from the private balcony and the apartment was spotlessly clean. I would 100% recommend

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to the marina, beach, restaurants and shops, right on the beachfront. Apartment is ideal for a couple, good size, with all one needs for a stay of a few days or a week or two. Check-in with hotel reception was quick and effortless. We easily found a place in the hotel car park which was a plus. The view from the balcony of the apartment was stunning and the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine. Unwinding by the hotel pool to top up your tan was a great experience, many hotels we have stayed at in the past did not have an ample amount of sun loungers, not here, there are plenty and there is no need to dash down to the pool at 7am to place your towel on one. ;) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jimmy & Nadine's apartment and the best compliment we can give is - we would not hesitate to stay there again, only for longer next time. Communication was quick and on point. Thanks!
