“La casa del Biondo” si trova a Lugliano (LU) nel cuore dei colli Lucchesi. L’appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, si compone di ingresso con angolo cucina completamente attrezzato, soggiorno con balcone panoramico, camera da letto matrimoniale, servizi e veranda abitabile. I posti letto sono 3, rispettivamente 2 nella camera e 1 in soggiorno grazie alla presenza di un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo. Il riscaldamento è autonomo ed alimentato tramite stufa con pellet fornito dalla casa.

Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale su terrazza panoramica con stupenda vista su castello colline e vigneti con tramonti mozzafiato.

Single house with private entry and garden. It's 60 mqs inside and it is composed of 2 matrimonial rooms . An entry, a living room with fireplace and TV, the dining room, a little kitchen, an external porch on the back of the house connected to a garden with a great space to dine outside. It's situated in a relax zone, not too far from the Brennero Street, that colleague to Borgo a Mozzano, Bagni di Lucca, Lucca, Modena and Abetone.Near there is the bus/train station, some bars and shops.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.
