Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Die Wohnung war super gemütlich. Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn zu nehmen fand ich selbstverständlich. Die Betten richtig gut, Einrichtung mit Klima und Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi perfekt. Die Fensterläden machen italienisches Flair, heißes Wasser sofort, Wohlfühlbad, alles blitzsauber. Alles perfekt, danke dafür.

Sabina nous a très bien accueillis : elle avait même prévu des parapluies pour nous en raison de fortes pluies à Florence à notre arrivée. Elle nous a ensuite envoyé des recommandations de restaurants à faire dans le coin, ce qui nous a été très utile. Le logement était parfait, très cosy, propre et proposant tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande avec plaisir cet hôte et son logement : bravo à elle !

A place that made our vacation truly special! Peaceful and cozy, this charming spot is perfect for a romantic Tuscan experience. The location was ideal—not only for visiting Florence but also for exploring other beautiful towns in the region. The hosts were incredibly kind, always available, and provided helpful and precise information throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the view helped us feel connected to nature. Getting to the house was a scenic experience in itself—lined with cypress trees, vineyards, and breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding nature is stunning. The garden in front of the house was perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. In the evenings, we could watch the stars, enjoy the presence of fireflies, and during the day, spot many different butterflies. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended! We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Great lace to stay and it was easy to drive around the neighborhood and park.

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

Monica, die Gute Fee des Hauses, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie wohnt mit auf dem Hof und gibt gute und viele Tips rund um Florenz und die Umgebung der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Sowohl drinnen, als auch draußen kann man gut und ruhig sitzen und die lauen Sommernächte genießen! Dank Duftkerzen und irgendwas in der Steckdose :D ging es auch mit den Moskitos… Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Toskana sind :)

Our stay at Francesca's home was magical. My husband and I, along with each of our Mums stayed for 10 days. It was a comfortable layout for 4 adults with plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The property is stunning, easy to get into Florence on the tram. Lots of excellent restaurants around. We cooked for ourselves a few times and there are lots of grocery stores around with beautiful produce. Francesca is an amazing host, all of her recommendations were amazing. We can't wait to book our next trip. If you're thinking of staying in Scandicci or want a quiet villa close to Florence, stay here. It stunning.

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Cet endroit est un bijou, je recommande à 100%! Pour commencer, le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé, avec une vue spectaculaire. La localisation est parfaite, juste assez loin de Florence mais encore très accessible autant en voiture qu'en autobus. Majla était très gentille et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J'y retournerais définitivement!!

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familien 2 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Giovanni hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und super sauber. Alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zum Abendessen waren wir in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft. Auch hier kann ich nur positives berichten. Wir können die Wohnung von Giovanni nur empfehlen.

I had a great stay at Patrizia’s Airbnb! She was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit, which made everything so easy and pleasant. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and very upscale, located in a great part of town with easy access to everything I needed. It was especially nice having a washer and dryer available during my stay. Just a heads-up: the unit is up three flights of steep concrete stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. Overall, a wonderful experience highly recommend!

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilfreiche Informationen durch die netten Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. 2 tolle Bäder mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist toll mit schönem Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft mit den Weinbergen und Zypressen. Wenn man ein Baby hat, sollte man ein gutes Babyphone mit weitreichenden Verbindung mitnehmen, da der Garten ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Nos encantó la estancia de Lorenzo, es cómoda, impecable y muy segura, la ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos se puede tomar el bus y llegar al centro de Florencia y explorar los alrededores, nos atendió de maravilla, nos dio instrucciones y recomendaciones de lugares cerca para nuestras compras diarias y restaurantes, sin duda volvería a su hospedaje.

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
