Very quiet 60 m² apartment in the beautiful Gärtnerplatz district The apartment is located on the Isar and its beaches, close to the Deutsches Museum, Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. Das Farmhouse 1604 liegt mit seinen vier großzügigen Ferienwohnungen im Seethal, direkt hinter dem Chiemsee. Ursprünglich war dieses denkmalgeschützte Haus das Bauernhaus eines Chiemsee-Fischers. In dem Apartment Farmers Loft wohnt man offen und großzügig auf 95 m2, dort befinden sich eine offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafbereich. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf Pferde-Weiden und Bauernhöfe. Es gibt im Farmers Loft ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit eigenem Ankleideraum und separater Toilette.

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

On the shared roof terrace with magnificent views of Lake Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
