Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

The central location is the perfect starting point for activities in and around Ruhpolding - even without a car. The 35 sqm apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children (up to 12 years old) and is divided into a living-dining area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a shower room. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooking the Rauschberg.

Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb.
