Bobby's place is a wonderful retreat—quiet, clean, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. It’s located very close to UoM, making it convenient for commuting. The neighborhood is safe and free from street noise, offering a relaxing environment. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping was such a joy and added to the overall tranquility of the stay. The house had all the amenities I needed, and the attention to detail was evident. I felt completely at home here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Great place to stay, quiet and modern and clean. Not the best neighborhood to walk in but fine driving with no issues at all!

Excellent spot in East Memphis. Great attention to detail in the guest house. I know it’s weird to note but this gives an example of how well thought out the build of the space was. There was a small, custom vent a hood over the stove top that was carefully routed out through the ceiling and properly vented out of the roof, not the easy way out with a cheap one that just blows the cooking steam back at your face. Super nice, super comfy, cool and quiet. Easy to recommend and Allison was a very responsive host.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable at the condo. It was easily accessible and conveniently located. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The complex where the condo is located appears to be well managed. The complex is well maintained, clean, and we felt safe. Parking was very convenient. Only negative is that this is a downstairs apartment and footsteps can be heard above. Having said that, I still give this a 5 star rating and would stay here again.
