Lookout Mountain Birdhouse is a new property, so everything is shiny and clean. While just off the road, it's very private. It's ~30 minutes to Chattanooga proper, but that worked OK for us. Lacy is a true gem of a host and great to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had and stayed in touch. The good and the bad: the tall, west-facing windows make for a bright house and a beautiful view, but the windows in the living area have no shades, which can render that area almost unusable in the late afternoon on a clear day. That said, we would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the Sunset Rock via Craven's House Trail, and the Montague Sculpture Garden in Chattanooga. The tour of Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery was fun, too.

Great size kitchen (fridge) was able to sit at the island and cut up food. And talk with family on the couch, while the kids played on the floor. Perfect location, close to the boat launch and kids parks. Walk around deck with lots of space and grassy area. Very clean, had everything needed. Thank you for a lovely easy stay!

This place was a dream come true for my 9 and 13 year old nieces! They were thrilled to spend time looking through each detail in the house! The house was comfortable and provided all the needed amenities to enjoy a relaxing time. It was easy to find, and Jeff was so nice and accommodating. The attention to detail is top notch in this space - sure to bring smiles and lasting memories for any fan of this genre! We appreciated how clean the house was, and the sheets and towels were quality and comfortable. Highly recommend for a unique stay!

Excellent location with easy access to main lake and marina, we brought our pontoon boat and kept it at the dock during our stay, very easy access to water and dock. Plenty of parking and cooking utensils. This unit was exactly as described and very clean. We will be staying here again.

This house is bigger than it looks from the outside. Beds were very comfortable. House was decorated very cute. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The back porch and outdoor area is very nice! Super close to Lee University which we were visiting for graduation. The only thing I would note here and I'm sure it's in the listing but you must request to use the gas firepit in advance of arriving and pay for the gas. We would definitely stay here again!

I recommend staying here for a couple. Spacious enough for two and an easy walk to everything we were in town to do. Clean, modern, comfortable and such an easy check in. Lots of little things that made the stay superb! Parents of UTC students/athletes this is perfect for a few nights when in Chattanooga. I recommend 100% to stay here!

This place was awesome! Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, donut shops, and the park. Totto Sushi & Grill, Taconooga, Basecamp Bar & Restaurant, Julie Darling Donuts, all within a block or two of the room. My 7 year old loved playing in the fountain at Coolidge Park, which is right across the street. The huge deck on top was a great place to enjoy a few adult beverages to wind down the night. We walked across the bridge to the TN Aquarium and all the attractions around it and ate at Puckett's. The parking isn't bad once you figure out what to do. The theater lot is close, and you can pay daily and repay over your phone. Online says you can buy a monthly parking pass for $35, so I'd look into that if I was staying more than a few days. Parking on the street up the road and paid parking from 9:30am-6pm right out front. 2 hour paid parking out back and free on Sundays. Davey was quick to respond to any questions, and you just can't beat the location! A+

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. They were terrific hosts and the place was perfect for our family! Peaceful and beautiful view.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Wally was very helpful and very kind and we loved staying there. It was a beautiful place! For the price I highly recommend! I will definitely stay again if I have to go back to Tennessee!

This is a great house and has a very country feel but so close to everything you need. The family was very nice and made my family feel right at home. I highly recommend this house for anyone trying to visit the Chattanooga area. Anything we needed we would call and they would have it done or completed in a timely manner. Will defiantly stay here again!!!

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

My husband and I came up to Chattanooga to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law as well as to see a comedians show. The Airbnb was in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. It felt like we were out in the peaceful woods even though we were minutes away from downtown, the arena where Nate Bargatze performed and multiple restaurants. It is one bedroom and not incredibly spacious but has beautiful outdoor space and is perfect for a private retreat or a quiet getaway. Bonnie was friendly and easily accessible.

A very clean, tidy townhouse equipped with everything you could need.

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

I was in town for the Ironman event and this was the perfect space location for me and my family to stay for the weekend. 15 min walk from the central downtown area with lots of restaurants and things to do, as well as the transition area and athlete village for the race. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back.

It was my first time in Chattanooga and this was the perfect place to stay! We visited for a few days during the week and Katie’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, wonderful bathroom and kitchen, great location that was just down the road from a beautiful coffee shop and walkable to so many things. Her thorough instructions and house guidebook / manual were greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, beautiful, cozy and modern. We felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Katie’s space, thanks for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect for a weekend getaway. We were within 20 minutes max from different attractions. I think some of the reviews mentioned noise from the traffic but that did not bother us at all! Yes, you can hear it but it wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t sleep. Would definitely recommend!!
