Such a perfect and private place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my loved ones. The home has a great layout for a girls trip and so many sweet spots to hang out on the porch. The location is also amazing for nature adventures!

My family and I recently had a very nice stay at Erica's cabin. The cabin is large and very comfortable. It fulfilled all of our needs. The cabin is located on a 2 acre wooded lot and is close to town where we enjoyed eating at several of the restaurants. Erica was a responsive host with clear instructions and helpful suggestions. We would stay here again!

This was a cozy cabin completely outfitted with everything you need. Best part of the stay? Sipping wine on the back deck watching sunset over the mountains. Next best? Tea in the early mornings watching the deer walk through the property. It’s very peaceful. GREAT place to recharge and relax.

An unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful, waking up in the morning and seeing the deer around the cabin, the sunsets on the balcony, in short, our experience was magical, Amy was very attentive and explained everything in detail, no problems in the cabin, everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable with everything ready, I definitely want to come back! We loved our stay; we are planning already on coming back next year. the house is big and has everything you may need just like at home. On our last night the power went out and the generator kicked in right away and ran all night. We stayed in the property our entire stay, do hike the nature trail; you'll love it. We absolutely loved all the animals, it was quiet and peaceful. The dogs were welcomed with a little fenced in area, and it had a fire pit and grill. Loved the bunkhouse feel inside. Susan was awesome, and provided us with eggs and fresh bread. She has a farm store that you definitely want to check it. The apple butter was delicious. We came down for all the hiking the area provides, and the concert at the caverns. It was a slight drive but the peacefulness of the farm is so worth it. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Place! Would stay again! The only thing was the road there was kind of beat up. That's not on the home owner.

This is the fourth time we have rented the cabin. Three times were for five weeks each. We love it there and could not ask for a better host, very responsive to our needs. Each time we return there are new additions to the property, this time a lovely fire pit and stairs leading from upper parking lot to cabin. Very peaceful and quiet with a pond on the property. We look for the deer and turkeys on the road to the cabin.

The location was so peaceful and with an absolutely stunning view. The host was very responsive and there was a great deal of detailed information shared in a notebook in the cabin. The best thing is that the hosts are on site and check the property as soon as you leave so if you have left anything (which we did) they contact you quickly so you can return before you’ve gone far. And, we met the hosts at this point and they were very pleasant.

Successful yes because of their hearts. Kind beyond words. They bent over backwards to help me and my husband out that’s priceless. Above and beyond they checked on us to make sure we was comfortable. I would recommend this beautiful peaceful stay if you want some away time. Goodness the ground are so well maintained. God is so very good I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with this family without even meeting them the came along side of us don’t know y’all but we love you

We absolutely LOVED this house, it was peaceful and private and everything we were looking forward to during our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, and we loved that it was so close to Chattanooga as well!!! 100/10 would recommend!

This house is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. Plenty of neighbors walking over to the park up the road / hill. It is close to the North Shore busy area, but that is a short drive away. Walking distance to a few fast food places. Our dogs loved the yard and felt at home there. I enjoyed the small back patio and table. The house, linens and surfaces were all quite clean. Lynn left clear instructions in a booklet and included local recommendations - those were all helpful. We did struggle a bit to get understand how to watch the local TV stations.

Great place with a great host. Perfect for our week-long family getaway. Close enough to Chattanooga, but also far enough away. Highly recommend staying at Sydneyland.

Tammy is an amazing host, and the property was perfect! Great location, walkable and convenient to my son’s school. This home had a great layout for a family, and it was appointed perfectly for a getaway. Highly recommend any of her homes.

I would say better than advertised. Absolutely beautiful and warm cottage. One of the best views around awaiting you at the end of the driveway. Everything you want to do is a short drive away. I honestly didn't want to leave this place and will definitely book this place again the next time im in that area!

This cabin is fantastic and Joeseph and Lorena were great at communicating. I ended up proposing to my girlfriend at this cabin and they were accommodating to make everything perfect. There were so many thoughtful gestures like a personalized sign and have other cool things like deer feed and bird feed. The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice! Views are amazing, clean, and all of the games you could ever want to play. The only thing I would note before you book is make sure you put the correct amount of people staying. Even though the cabin sleeps 8, I only reserved with 2 because I didn’t know how many were staying. There is a fee for anyone over your reserved amount. I ended up having 3 others stay for a total of 5 and still had to pay extra for them. Something to note. Everything was amazing and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

Very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Everything we needed for the short stay. Very quiet and peaceful!

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. Place was great and peaceful

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.
